Point 4. Two Categories of Fallen Angels.
1) The non-operational angels.
a) The angels in Tartarus; these are the fallen angels who reproduced a group of super-creatures called the Nephilim, Jude 1:5-6, 2PE 2:4.
b) The first demon assault army incarcerated in the abyss at this time, REV 9:1-13.
c) The second demon assault army stationed underneath the Euphrates river, REV 9:13-21.
2) The functional angels.
These are the demons who are operational today.
They will attack upon the sounding of the seventh trumpet, REV 11:15-12:17; it is an attack upon all Jews and it is the greatest wave of anti-Semitism the world has ever known.
It will be defeated by the angelic order of battle led by Michael the archangel, REV 12:7-8.
As a result of this defeat by Michael and the elect angels, the third demon assault army will attack planet earth,REV 12:9.
Anti-Semitism is one of the greatest systems of evil from Satan.
The fact that he does attack the human race and that he has already been sentenced reveals to us that an appeal trial is in existence.
EPH 6:12 For our warfare is not against blood and flesh [people’s souls or their O.S.N].
“But against the rulers” = the highest ranking demons in Satan’s organization, such as Abaddon or Apollyon and Beelzebub.
“Against the powers” = demon officers who have phenomenal authority.
“Against the world forces of this darkness” = the world rulers, Satan’s demon ambassadors who control many of the rulers of this world.
“Against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places” - the spiritual forces of evil in the atmosphere around the earth, the stellar universe, and even in the presence of God to represent Satan.
Point 5. Demon attacks during the Church age.
a) During the Church-age, demon attacks on the unbeliever are limited to two categories: Demon possession or demon influence in which demon doctrines enter the soul of the unbeliever.
b) During the Church-age, demon attacks on believers are limited to demon influence, in which the doctrine of demons invades the right lobe of the soul.
Negative volition toward doctrine creates a vacuum in the soul which sucks in all the false concepts that Satan has developed for you to be distracted from the plan of God.
a. Metabolism of air. Air is carried into the body through inhale.
In the metabolism of air, oxygen is taken from the air and entered into the bloodstream, while carbon dioxide is exhaled.
This occurs even while you sleep, because you have an involuntary respiratory center where carbon dioxide builds up in the blood and pulls the trigger causing you to gasp for air.
Whether in the natural realm or the spiritual realm, this is all courtesy of the grace of God for there is no talent, ability, or credit on the part of man to manufacture this function.
GEN 2:7 Then the Lord God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.
GEN 25:8 And Abraham breathed his last and died in a ripe old age,
GEN 35:29 And Isaac breathed his last and died,
Just like metabolism functions in the natural realm, so in the spiritual realm, in perception, metabolization and application of Bible doctrine, faith is a non-meritorious system of perception.
(NIV) (AMP) 2TI 3:16 All Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness;
EPH 4:23 - and that you be renewed by means of the breathing of your soul - pneumati tou noos - pneuvmati tou’ nooV".
When a person takes in a deep breath, he possibly inhales as much as 300 cc’s of air. With maximum effort, he can exhale about 150 cc’s, or half that. What remains in his lungs is called residual oxygen, analogous to the metabolized air.
In the spiritual analogy, there is always a certain amount of doctrine you hear that is not immediately metabolized at the time you hear it.
The metabolism of air is analogous to the enabling power of God the Holy Spirit inside the PPOG, metabolizing doctrine.
Just as the Holy Spirit metabolized gnosis gospel, so He metabolizes gnosis doctrine you learn.
Negative volition toward doctrine creates a vacuum in the soul which sucks in all the false concepts that Satan has developed for you to be distracted from the plan of God.
Demon influence begins a process of wiping out all of the doctrine you have ever learned.
2CO 2:11 That no advantage be taken of us by Satan, for we are not ignorant of his strategies.
