Cures for anxiety, fear and worry. Part 1.

Trust in God – faith is so important.
For He Himself has said, “I will never desert you, nor will I ever forsake you,”
Be at peace and rest.
“Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful.
Recognize the power of your heavenly Father – all is under His control.
Understand how much He loves us.
He is omniscient –
Recognize that He knows everything about us and He will supply all of our needs.
To be worried.
To be drawn in different directions.
To be tossed like a ship at sea.
To be of a doubtful, unsettled mind.
To be put off balance.
Worrying is destructive.
Worry only tears us down.
Worry can’t add anything positive to our lives.
Worrying is deceptive.
It gives us a false view of life, of itself, and of God.
Worry convinces us that we need to save all our concern for this world because it is the only one the matters.
Worrying is incapacitating.
It stops us in our tracks and keeps us from growing.
It makes our Christian walk ineffectual.
ROM 8:32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things?
oida It is knowledge which comes from one’s state of being and not something that is acquired.
His knowledge is all-inclusive, eternal, immutable and infinite, absolute and sovereign – He is in complete control at all times.
God knows perfectly, eternally and simultaneously all that is knowable both actual and possible. There is no limitation to his knowledge.
Every minute detail is in God’s mind at all times and has always been there.
Time has nothing to do with God’s knowledge.
It is simultaneous; He always knew everything all at once.
Wisdom implies that not only does God know all things but He also makes correct and perfect use of that knowledge; including knowing what is inside a man.
God has already provided a perfect provision and a perfect solution for every problem we will ever face and they are all laid out on the narrow road that God has prepared for us.
God has an absolute, positive, beyond a shadow of a doubt, complete knowledge of our situation.
