Korah, Dathan and Abiram are the type of individuals who get others to do their dirty work while trying to appear righteous to those who really do not know him.

One of the principles which we need to note is the principle that spiritual disorders can lead to mental disorders.

The principle is that spiritual disorders can result in mental disorders unless dealt with properly through the PSD's.

Moses is the leader of the people and the greatest Bible teacher in the O.T. and Aaron who had charge of the ritual teaching of doctrine to the congregation of Israel.

Revolution, conspiracy, rebellion, revolt, always start the same way....with a lie. I don't though think it was
evil as much
as it was "stupid."

PSA 92:6 A senseless man has no knowledge; Nor does a stupid man understand this:

PSA 94:8 Pay heed, you senseless among the people; And when will you understand, stupid ones?

PRO 12:1 Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, But he who hates reproof is stupid.

We have transference arrogance.

When they said that, this is the human rights gimmick.

The word "holy" ‎qadowsh (kaw-doshe'); means ordained, set apart, --- they are saying that they can do just as well in teaching Bible doctrine and just as well in the function of the various things in the tabernacle.
Korah says so why do you [Hebrew plural noun kole meaning ya'll] exalt yourselves above the assembly of the Lord?"

The transference arrogance because Korah is the one exalting himself above others while Moses was the most humble man in all the earth.

In every organization including Israel, there are those believers capable of being acted upon and therefore led astray by conspiracy.

Remember that conspirators never go around and announce themselves as conspirators.

By propaganda I mean distortion, lies, rumors, and indoctrination or garbage in the soul.
The Hebrew word for flatter is chalaq which means to be smooth with your words, pathah - to make roomy (like someone's head), to make them stupid or simple, (in a sinister way), to deceive or to persuade, to be slippery.
Definition - to praise excessively for self-interests or self-promotion.

Psa 5:9 where the flatterers mouth is said to be an open sepulcher (place of dead flesh) and their real problem is their thoughts.

In Psa 55:21, words of the flatterer is said to be smoother than butter and like oil.
Believers whose hearts are not with God are considered to flatter with their mouth , their words are softer than oil.

EXO 20:7 "You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not leave him unpunished who takes His name in vain."

Flatters himself is a reference to the carnal believer because the carnal believer always takes credit and gives credit to himself.

1. Free will - makes decisions to benefit self
2. Emotion - he appreciates himself
3. Self-conscious - conscious of himself
4. Mentality - his thoughts = how good he is
5. Conscience - morals and values all promote self.

The flatterer only ends up fooling and flattering himself - Psa 36:2.

Men are told especially to beware of the female flatterer --- Pro 2:16 where she chalaqs you, she compliments, praises you, she's really smooth.

Pro 7:5 tells us "the only way to be protected from the female flatterer is wisdom of God or doctrine metabolized."

This is why the child of god is told to separate themselves from those that flatter, Pro 20:19 where the Hebrew word pathar is used for Flattery which will puff you up...inflate your ego.

Those that rebuke rather than flatter shall in the end find favor with God and man, Pro 28:23.
The kingdom of darkness with Satan as it leaders shall obtain earthly kingdoms by flatteries Dan 11:21 = challaqlaqqah - smoothness, slipperiness, fine promises.
The flatterer is one who preys on weaker vessels especially "the lonely ones."

What makes the soul vulnerable makes the body vulnerable.

Job said that the man that flatters would be taken home early by God! JOB 32:21-22 (kanah) Also taught in Psa 12:2-3.

JOB 32:21-22, "Let me now be partial to no one; Nor flatter any man. For I do not know how to flatter, Else my Maker would soon take me away."

A pastor should never speak flattering word to his congregation; 1Th 2:3-5.
