The Divine Decrees of God are His eternal purpose
according to the counsels of His own will
whereby for His own glory
He has foreordained whatever comes to pass.
ROM 11:32 For God has shut up all in disobedience that He might show mercy to all.
God has rejected the Jews as His people to represent Him on earth and has now accepted the Gentiles or the church to represent Him on earth.
God has placed all mankind under a complete indictment of total depravity.
He has placed all of us under total depravity and under the category of condemnation so that He may extend His mercy to all.
