"kosmon" represents the organized system of the world under the rulership of the devil.

He ignored the whole thing which was designed by Satan to distract Noah from his calling, and instead he just concentrated on doctrine.

God vindicated him and gave him the highest honor any man could have, God spun the whole course of history around Noah.

1.  Divine vindication means that God will avenge, set free, deliver and provide justification and blessing for His people.

LUK 6:37  "And do not judge and you will not be judged; and do not condemn, and you will not be condemned; pardon, and you will be pardoned."

2.  Divine vindication means exoneration which refers to relieve of hardship and to clear someone from accusations and blame made against them by others.

PSA 51:4  Against Thee, Thee only, I have sinned, And done what is evil in Thy sight, So that Thou art justified when Thou dost speak, And blameless when Thou dost judge.

3.  Divine vindication normally takes place when all human strength is gone and only divine power is available, DEU 32:36.

DEU 32:36  "For the Lord will vindicate His people, And will have compassion on His servants; When He sees that their strength is gone."

PSA 54:1  Deliver me, O God, by Thy name, And vindicate me by Thy power.

4.  Divine vindication is based upon the believer living in the imputed righteousness provided by God, PSA 7:8.

PSA 7:8  The Lord judges the peoples; Vindicate me, O Lord, according to my righteousness and my integrity that is in me.

5.  Divine vindication is the result of sticking with doctrine in spite of all the pressure placed upon you to stop, PSA 26:1.

PSA 26:1 Vindicate me, O Lord, for I have walked in my integrity; And I have trusted in the Lord without wavering.

6.  Divine vindication brings happiness to those with integrity and blessing to the victim, PSA 35:27.

PSA 35:27  Let them shout for joy and rejoice, who favor my vindication; And let them say continually, "The Lord be magnified, Who delights in the prosperity of His servant."

7.  Divine vindication is given to the victim of deceit providing that he gives the situation over to the supreme court of heaven, PSA 43:1.

PSA 43:1  Vindicate me, O God, and plead my case against an ungodly nation; O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man!

PSA 54:1 Save me, O God, by Thy name, And vindicate me by Thy power.

8. Divine vindication is promised to the servants of the Lord, ISA 54:17.

ISA 54:17  "No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper; And every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And their vindication is from Me," declares the Lord.

9.  Divine vindication is based upon the production of metabolized doctrine MAT 11:19, "The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and they say, 'Behold, a gluttonous man and a drunkard, a friend of tax‑gatherers and sinners!' Yet wisdom is vindicated by her deeds."

10. So divine vindication God turned the whole course of history around one man, that's what doctrine can do!

His respect for God, and being enthusiastic by believing God's warnings, moved him to construct  a ship or what is called an ark, in which he met with the scorns and reproaches of a wicked generation.

He did not dispute with God as to why He should make an ark, nor how it could be capable of containing what was to be lodged in it, nor how such a vessel could possibly weather out so great a storm.

His doctrine resident in the soul silenced all objections and set him to work earnestly.

How in the world is he going to get two of every animal species, male and female, into the Ark?

JDG 6:16  But the Lord said to him, "Surely I will be with you, and you shall defeat Midian as one man."

MAT 28:19  "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,

MAT 28:20  teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. "

Noah changed the course of history with doctrine, the main the principle is because in HEB 11:6 And without doctrine resident in the soul it is impossible to please Him,

1SA 16:7  for God sees not as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart."
"became" is the aor-mid-ind of ginomai which is egento which is designed to go with ginomai in verse 6 which says that He is, and that He becomes a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Kleronomas = anyone that benefits from his heritage or environment or a recipient of what God has provided for His people.

Here it refers to the divine blessings provided by God the Father for winner believers in the antediluvian civilization.
"according to faith" is the prepositional phrase "kata pistin"  which is correctly translated according to doctrine.

ACT 20:32  "And now I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and to give you the inheritance among all those who are sanctified.

One is the simplified for the naive and the other is complicated for the serious student of the Word of God. It all revolves around who are the "sons of God and the daughters of men" as mentioned in GEN 6:2.

Those who do not relate to the original languages in their preparation and study of the word take the idea that the "sons of God" refer to the line of Seth and the "daughters of men" refer to the line of Cain.

They cannot be all of the fallen angels because we know that our battle is with Satan and his fallen angels in EPH 6:12 and they are free to walk the face of the earth.

JUD 1:6 And the angels who did not keep their own domain, but abandoned their proper abode, He has kept in eternal bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day.

1PE 3:19  He [TLJC] went and made proclamation to the fallen angels in prison now

The fact that creatures can have sex with other species then themselves is not only taught in JUD 1:6 when it says  And angels who did not keep their own domain, but abandoned their proper abode,

God even commands humans not to do what these angels did which was to have sex with a lower creation and that's why we actually have commands in the Bible that forbid having sex with animals, LEV 20:15-16.

Having sex with another creation is  possible and that is why God forbids it because it is possible.

The expression "daughters of men" includes the daughters of Seth as well as the daughters of Cain, hence the expression "sons of God" must mean beings different from the human race.

ROM 8:14  For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.

ROM 8:19  For the anxious longing of the creation waits eagerly for the revealing of the sons of God.

Twice in Genesis, GEN 6:2-4, three times in Job, JOB 1:6; JOB 2:1; JOB 38:7, and once in DAN 3:25.

A "son of God" denotes a being brought into existence by a creative act of God.

Such were the angels and such was Adam, and he is so called in Luke 3:38 Adam is the son of God.

PSA 148:2,5  Praise Him, all His angels; praise Him, all his hosts! Let them praise the name of the Lord, for He commanded and they were created.

We are called "sons of God" because we in Christ 2CO 5:17  Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature;

COL 3:10  Put on the new self who is being renewed to a true knowledge according to the image of the One who created him [the new nature].

Adam was created in the "likeness of God", GEN 5:1, but his descendants were born in his likeness, for we read in GEN 5:3 that Adam "became the father of a son in his own likeness, after his image."

All men born of Adam and his descendants by natural generation are the "sons of men" and it is only by being "born again" which is a

"New Creation" that they can become the "sons of God" in the New Testament sense.

The "Sons of God" of GEN 6:2, 4, could not be the "sons of Seth," as some claim, because the "sons of Seth" were only men, and could only be called "sons of men," not "sons of God."

This proves beyond question that the "sons of God" in GEN 6:2,4, were ANGELS, and not godly descendants of Seth.

Objections are raised concerning this point by noting what our Lord said about the resurrection of humans that they are like the angels in
LUK 20:35-36, that they neither marry, nor are given in marriage;

While the passage implies that the angels "do not marry" it does not say that they are "sexless" for that would convey the idea that at the resurrection all believers will also be sexless.

It was the sin of "fornication and going after strange flesh", as Jud 7 teaches and the "time" of the sin is given as just before the flood. 2PE 2:5.
It is the same sin that caused the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, whose citizens demanded that Lot surrender the two angels that he had received into his home that they might "know them" which refers to having sex with them in 2PE 2:6-8, Jud 7, GEN 19:5.
