Point 1. Definition: Imputation is used as an act of God whereby either condemnation or blessing is ascribed, attributed, reckoned, given, or imposed on the human race.

Point 2. There are three factors in imputation - the source, the nature, the recipient.

Point 3.  The Working Equations of the Plan of God when it comes to divine imputations.

Point 4. Imputation as it relates to Selection and Election.

Point 5. The Virgin Pregnancy and the virgin Birth of Jesus Christ related to the doctrine of imputations.

Point 6. The Relationship of Imputations to the Spiritual Growth of the Believer.

1. All cells in the human race are contaminated by the old sin nature, with one exception, TLJC, HEB 4:15, "He was without sin."

Through meiosis and the function of polar body, the 23 chromosomes found in the ovum of the woman are uncontaminated and free from Adam's trend, the old sin nature.

The ovum prior to fertilization, not at any other time, prior to going through the fallopian tubes, is uncontaminated by the old sin nature.

2. While the woman is a carrier of the old sin nature or Adam's trend, she cannot transmit the old sin nature genetically.
1TI 2:14  And it was not Adam who was deceived, but the woman being quite deceived, fell into transgression.

3. In God's plan only the male can transmit the old sin nature with the 23 chromosomes obtained by what is known medically as meiosis which are used to fertilize the female ovum.

4. The virgin Mary was a carrier of the old sin nature, there's no immaculate conception which means she wasn't perfect she was a sinner who needed a savior, but on a certain occasion she possessed that one pure cell, that ovum which was fertilized by the Holy Spirit.
Immaculate conception = a doctrine promoted by the Roman Catholic church that says that the Virgin Mary was conceived in her mother's womb without the stain of original sin through the anticipated merits of Jesus Christ.

The  Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary was proclaimed by pope Pius IX in 1854
Roman Catholicism teaches that experientially Jesus Christ is not the Head of the Church but the Pope is.

EPH 1:22-23,  And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fulness of Him who fills all in all.

LUK 1:47  And my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior.

Mary was a sinner and she was "blessed among women" in LUK 1:42 not blessed above women.

Through the function of polar body, meiosis, all of the contamination was thrown off so that the ovum and the 23 chromosomes waiting to be fertilized were free from the old sin nature.

That was the ovum that was fertilized by the Holy Spirit who provided 23 pure chromosomes united with 23 cleansed chromosomes by meiosis and polar body so that when TLJC was born the justice of God could not impute Adam's sin to Him....there was no home for it.

Mary was impregnated super-naturally by God the Holy Spirit who provided the necessary sinless sperm. MAT 1:20 ....for that which has been conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit.

5. Because Adam deliberately sinned and the woman was deceived in the original sin, in the fall of mankind, the woman is the carrier of the old sin nature because ignorance is no excuse to the justice of God.....but only the man can pass down or transmit the OSN; 1Ti
2:11-15, GEN 3:9-16.

They had wonderful sex....it was fantastic in every way because it not only involved all of the physiological stimulation and pleasure but it was greater than that, it also involved the soul and the spirit.

They could have sex every hour on the hour and no pregnancy ever, no 23 chromosomes running around passing around the OSN and fertilizing the ovum.

The big issue after the fall was who's going to have the fallopian tubes?

In verse 20, “Adam called his wife Eve,” which means giver of life.

Because Adam had received the seed of the woman as his saviour.
“because she was the mother of all living” - the human race was to be perpetuated through the woman. Adam is the father of all dead.

Verse 21 - the coats of skins indicated that the first parents were born again. They accepted the coats of skins.

These skins were taken by the shedding of blood—1JO 1:7; HEB 9:22; 1PE 1:18-19.
If man had eaten of the tree of life he would have been perpetuated in a sinful state and could not have been saved.

Verse 22 - “the man is become as one of us.” This means having one characteristic that God has, knowing good from evil.
“and now lest he take" = if man takes of the tree of life in a sinful state he is then perpetuated in a sinful state and volition no longer becomes an issue in the human race.

After sin volition must be the issue to resolve the angelic conflict, and the only way to make volition the issue is to get man out of the garden and to give him another tree on which he can exercise his volition. That tree is the tree of death, the cross.

The tree of life must be put out of man’s reach and the tree of death must be put into man’s reach so that man can exercise his volition on the tree of death.

Verse 23 - “… the Lord God sent him forth from the garden.” He drove him out, piel stem. It was intensive, indicating man’s reluctance to go.

Man becomes a gainer through grace. It was God’s grace that threw him out of the garden.

Six comparisons between man’s curse and the work of Christ on the cross.
a. The ground was cursed, though innocent - It was Christ who was cursed for us, though innocent--GAL 3:13.
b. The earth brings forth thorns. Christ wore a crown of thorns—JOH 18:8.
c. Man earns by the sweat of his face—GEN 3:19.  Before the cross Christ sweat great drops of blood—LUK 22:44.
d. Man returns to dust. Christ is said to be brought out of the dust—PSA 22:15.
e. Man by sin died spiritually. Christ by bearing our sins died spiritually.
f. Man died twice: spiritually immediately, GEN 3:6; physically later, GEN 5:5. Jesus Christ died spiritually—Psa  22:1;2CO 5:21; Then He died physically—JOH 19:30.

6. TLJC then lived a perfect life resisting all temptation.
Adam sinned once and started the ball rolling through that one sin whereas TLJC never committed that one sin.
TLJC resisted what Adam accepted.

1JO 3:5  "Indeed, you know that He was revealed [First Advent] in order that He might carry our sins; in fact, sin is not in Him [impeccability]."

The direct statement of Scripture cannot be ignored in HEB 4:15, "Our Lord was tempted in all points like as we are, yet without sin."
Adam acquired his OSN through one sin...., the woman acquired the old sin nature through personal sin...., and the Lord could have acquired the OSN also through one sin.

7. Our Lord Jesus Christ during His First Advent was POSSE NON PECARE, able not to sin (humanity); in His deity He was NON POSSE PECARE, not able to sin.

8. The humanity of Christ was temptable and peccable, but He remained in the purity of living the spiritual life that God provided.
Adam sinned and acquired an OSN, Christ did not sin and therefore did not acquire an OSN.... and that's why He was qualified to go to the cross and that's why no personal sins in history were ever imputed to their owners.

PSA 32:2  How blessed is the man to whom the Lord does not impute iniquity, And in whose spirit there is no deceit!
Isn't the justice of God perfect and genius?

Imputing to us Adam's sin in order that our sins might be imputed to Christ so that we can have salvation and being rightly related to the justice of God.

1CO 15:56b......the power of sin is the law;

ROM 8:8...."those who are in the flesh cannot please God."

COL 1:10  "Walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, pleasing Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the epignosis knowledge of God;"

HEB 11:6  And without doctrine it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is

9. Since our Lord did not have the imputation of Adam's sin, all of our  personal sins could be collected in all of human history and all personal sins were imputed to Christ, this is a substitutionary atonement concept.

All those personal sins are different because in the genetic process we receive different weaknesses which contaminate us in different ways.

One person may lust for money; another for power; approbation; whatever the case may be.
God chose their parents and put them inside of the soul which had been formatted in the womb.

In the chromosomes are genes which explain why we have different color eyes, and skin and hair and bone structure.

The lusts in the OSN is simply our predilection or attraction for our weaknesses.

My weakness may be your strength---your weakness may be my strength.

We have different lusts patterns and different manifestations that we have inherited from biological life and the trend of Adam.

We have different lusts patterns and different manifestations as personal sin, human good and evil are produced.
