Point 5. The Virgin Pregnancy of Jesus Christ related to the doctrine of imputations.

JOH 12:47   "And if anyone hears My sayings, and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world, but to save the world.

JOH 12:48  "He who rejects Me, and does not receive My sayings, has one who judges him; the word I spoke is what will judge him at the last day."

1JO 2:28  And now, little children, abide in Him, so that when He appears, we may have confidence and not shrink away from Him in shame [embarrassment] at His coming.

HEB 5:14  But solid food is for full‑grown men, for those whose senses and mental faculties are trained by practice to discriminate and distinguish between what is morally good and noble and what is evil and contrary either to divine or human law.

a. First of all,  we begin with the fact that all the cells of the human race are contaminated by the old sin nature.
b.  Meiosis and polar body = there are twenty-three chromosomes which are thrown off in the ovum leaving twenty-three uncontaminated chromosomes in the female ovum prior to fertilization.

Why didn't God impute Adam's sin to Jesus Christ when He was born.

What did Jesus Christ do before He was born to deserve not to have the sin of Adam imputed to Him like the rest of the members of the human race?

It is not anything that He did but it was what was done for Him which of course was the virgin birth.

ISA 7:14  "Therefore the Lord [Jehovah] Himself will give you a sign [1CO 1:22 For indeed Jews ask for signs, [well, here was one of many]: Behold, a virgin will be with child and bear a son, and she will call His name Immanuel."

Because the sin nature is passed down by the male and not the female and Mary was a virgin when she became pregnant with TLJC, it was the first blastocyst, then embryo and then fetus to ever be without the contamination of the old sin nature.

The old sin nature is transmitted through the 23 male chromosomes which fertilize the female ovum [female reproductive cell].

Polar body = a genetic process by which corrupted or contaminated chromosomes are thrown off the female's body during the menstrual period in preparation for fertilization so that the ovum to be fertilized is absolutely pure and it is the cell that's free from the old sin nature.

Meiosis is the process of cell division in sexually reproducing organisms that reduces the number of chromosomes in the female ovum.

Through meiosis and the function of polar body, twenty-three uncontaminated chromosomes remain in the female ovum prior to conception or fertilization.

Because the literal blood of Christ was without the contamination of the OSN, there is a relationship between that and the discarding of blood during the menstrual period for the female.

Without this process there would be no salvation!

In the case of Mary, she was a virgin and was never touched by Joseph until after the birth of Christ.

This meant that the blastocyst, embryo, and fetus came into being without the transmission of the old sin nature because the sperm of Joseph was not involved.

JOH 3:16  "For God loved the world so much that He gave His Son, the uniquely-born one"

God imputes Adam's sin to us because all of us had an earthly father who passed down his sin nature to us.

The justice of God, which is perfect and fair and could never do anything wrong, imputes to us Adam's sin before we ever commit our first sin.

ISA 28:9  Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts.

ISA 28:10  For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:

ISA 28:12  To whom he said, This [the line upon line and precept upon precept type of teaching] is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.

The old sin nature is not part of the soul but that it resides instead in the cell structure of the human body.

The material part is its residence in the cell structure of the body. The immaterial part is the function of its specific trends toward sin, toward human good, and toward evil.

There is a part that can be seen today especially with the technology that we have today in the medical realm, blood cells can be seen and observed and therefore that is the material part of the OSN.

The immaterial part of the OSN cannot be seen even through technology, it is the invisible manifestation of the OSN revealed by the trends of Adam, such as MAS, the production of human good, evil, collectively called as “Adam’s sinful trends.”

On the material side, the old sin nature resides in the human body within the blood, contaminating every cell.

Regardless of a cell’s structure or function whether—muscle, fat, skin, blood—each contains forty-six chromosomes.

The chromosomes in every cell carry the same pattern of genes which, like a blueprint, determine all of that person’s physical traits—eye color, height, bone structure, IQ.

Each chromosome in every cell is contaminated with Adam’s sinful trend.

For growth, repair, or replenishment, the body’s cells divide by a process called mitosis in which one cell becomes two. The two new cells are exactly alike, and both are exactly like the single cell from which they came.

These reproductive cells, however, which are found in the male sperm and the female ovum —are produced by a specialized process of cell division, a double process called meiosis.

In this way the male and female reproductive cells prepare for fertilization and derives characteristics from both father and mother yet ends up with no more than the normal forty-six chromosomes.

God has created a process whereby once a month all contamination of the OSN is discarded from the female's body during her menstrual period which releases the blood contaminated by the OSN so that her ovum, if fertilized, does not contain her OSN.

That one cell in the female, which is produced every month and (if not fertilized) it is discharged in menstruation, is the only pure cell in the human body—indeed, the only pure cell since the Fall of man.
It is in this normal biological process that God made provision to fulfill the promise that Christ, “the Seed of the woman” (GEN 3:15), would become the Savior.

GEN 3:15  And I will put enmity Between you and the woman, And between your seed and her seed; He shall bruise you on the head, And you shall bruise him on the heel."

In female meiosis, God paved the way for the virgin birth by which the Second Person of the Trinity entered the world as perfect, uncontaminated Man, qualified to go to the Cross as our Substitute.

The twenty-three chromosomes in Mary were totally free from her old sin nature and that is why we have the virgin pregnancy resulting in the virgin birth.

The "that" refers to the seed of the woman which was the beginning of the physical body of Jesus Christ.

HEB 10:5  Therefore, when He comes into the world, He says, "Sacrifice and offering Thou hast not desired, But a body Thou hast prepared for Me;

LUK 1:35   And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

The word for "holy offspring" is the hagion, it is not a noun meaning that it is a description of something not the identification of a person.

When the ovum is fertilized by the sperm, it is also contaminated by the sin nature carried in the sperm.

Thus, through genetic transmission, the blastocyst, embryo, fetus, then eventually the person, possesses an old sin nature. If the child is a girl, she has a sin nature; if a boy, he too possesses the sin nature.

Both male and female are carriers of Adam’s trend, but because Adam, not the woman, sinned in cognizance, knowingly, and not being deceived by the serpent like the woman was,  only the male is the one who God holds accountable.
It wasn't until 1854, when Pope Pius IX instituted the false doctrine that Mary was without sin.

You expect what 1TI 4:1 calls "doctrines of demons"
The virgin Mary was a carrier of the old sin nature, there's no immaculate conception, she wasn't perfect she was a sinner who need a savior, but on a certain occasion she possessed that one pure cell, that ovum fertilized by the Holy Spirit.

LUK 1:47  And my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior.

Mary was a sinner and she was "blessed among women" not blessed above women, LUK 1:42  Elizabeth cried out with a loud voice, and said, "Blessed among women are you, and blessed is the fruit of your womb!

Through the function of polar body, meiosis, all of the contamination was thrown off so that the ovum and the 23 chromosomes waiting to be fertilized were free from the old sin nature.

That was the ovum that was fertilized by the Holy Spirit who provided 23 pure chromosomes united with 23 cleansed chromosomes by meiosis and polar body so that when TLJC was born the justice of God could not impute Adam's sin to Him....there was no home for it.
