ROM 9:29   And just as Isaiah foretold or predicted, "Except the Lord of Sabaoth [not the Sabbath but the Lord of the armies or literally the Lord of the military or of the Christian soldiers].

ROM 9:29  "Except the Lord of Sabaoth [armies] had left to us a posterity [a sperma which refers to those who live in the nature of God or the sperm of God referring to His seed and therefore a reference to bels who are part of the pivot]

ROM 9:29 And just as Isaiah foretold or predicted, "Except the Lord of Sabaoth [armies] had left to us a posterity [a pivot], We would have become as Sodom, and would have resembled Gomorrah."

God's sperm is characterized by the believers actions as 1PE 1:23 says For you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and abiding word of God.

Purpose = to reveal the importance of the fact that in every generation, the Lord always provides doctrinal teachers with doctrinal believers who become a part of the pivot that stops Satan from taking complete control of the earth.

The Doctrine of the Pivot Point 1. Definition.

a.  The pivot is defined as the accumulation of mature or spiritually adult believers living in a client nation in a specific geographical location, MAT 5:13-14.

b.  While a pivot is composed primarily of mature believers, it also includes those new positive believers whose momentum has carried them into any legitimate stage of spiritual adulthood.

c. Technically, the pivot also includes believers who have fulfilled the principle of "virtue first”  as their first priority in the plan of God.

In the dispensation of the church, the Christian service that is most important is done where people cannot see it.

Believers in the pivot stand out in contrast to believers living in the cosmic system, whose arrogance from motivational arrogance results in self-righteous, crusader arrogance.

These believers are apostate, recognized by their own clichés', their hypocritical sweet personalities, their self-righteousness, their crusader arrogance, their distortion of doctrine and disorientation to reality, and they are potential revolutionists.

You can also recognize the shrinking of the pivot by the social action and civil disobedience advocated and practiced by believers. The true Christian influence in the national entity is spiritual.

Christianity must never be the state, though religion always tries to be the state, (e.g., Arab countries like Iran and Syria).
one by the bondwoman [Hagar-Ishmael = father of the Arab race] and one by the free woman [Sarah-Isaac-father of the Jewish race].

A reference to the fact that Abraham and Sarah tried to fulfill the promise of God on their own.
and the son [Isaac] by the free woman [a reference to Sarah] came through the promise [God always fulfills His word].

Hagar and her son Ishmael represent the Arab race and the bondage of the flesh or the human nature.

GAL 4:26  But the Jerusalem above is free; she is our mother. This represents the true Jew who was born from Abraham and Sarah.

MAT 19:26 "With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."

Speaking of a woman who was also beyond menopause, Elizabeth, we read concerning her pregnancy in LUK 1:37 "For nothing will be impossible with God."

The battle between Ishmael and Isaac still goes on today in the analogy between the Arabs and the Jews.

The influence of Christianity is not produced by influencing with Christian principles, but by growing in grace and establishing a pivot that has invisible historical impact.

On October 27, 1553 John Calvin, the founder of Calvinism, had Michael Servetus, the Spanish physician, burned at the stake just outside of Geneva for his doctrinal beliefs!
"If he [Servetus] comes [to Geneva], I shall never let him go out alive if my authority has weight."

"I hope that the verdict will call for the death penalty."

Obviously, he had a prolonged, murderous hate in his heart and was willing to violate Scripture to put another to death and in a cruel way.

He was seized the day after his arrival, condemned as a heretic when he refused to repent, he was burned in 1553 with the approval of John Calvin.

On his way to Vienne, Servetus was stopped in Geneva and made the mistake of attending a sermon by Calvin.

That's when "Calvin had him [Servetus] arrested as a heretic. Convicted and burned to death."

From the time that John Calvin had him arrested on August 14th until his condemnation, Michael Servetus spent his remaining days in an atrocious dungeon with no light or heat, little food, and no sanitary facilities."

The Calvinists of Geneva put half-green wood around the feet of Michael Servetus and a wreath with sulfur on his head.

The tormented man cried from the flames - "Jesus, Son of the eternal God, have mercy on me."

As the Roman Catholics of 1415 burned John Hus at the stake over doctrine, John Calvin, likewise, had Michael Servetus burned at the stake.

Never take MAT 6:14-15 lightly - "For if you forgive men for their transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. "But if you do not forgive men, then your Father will not forgive your transgressions.

1JO 3:15  Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer; and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.

REV 21:8 "But for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murderers and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part   will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."

ROM 14:4  Who are you to judge the servant of another? To his own master he stands or falls; and stand he will, for the Lord is able to make him stand.

MAT 7:1 "Do not judge lest you be judged."

1PE 4:8  Above all, keep fervent in your love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins.

JOH 7:24 "Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment [evaluation]."

ROM 2:1  Therefore you are without excuse, every man of you who passes judgment, for in that you judge another, you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things.

We believe in and advocate the separation of church and state for the true function of freedom and the fulfillment of human volition in the angelic conflict.

The influence of the church must be spiritual.

In a client nation, there must be enough freedom for evangelism, conversion, spiritual growth, and missionary activity.

Four great pivots were formed in the Eighteenth century in Holland, Britain, America, and North Germany.

Point 2.  The Pivot and the Client Nation.

The Gentile client nation to God is not a Christian nation, but a national entity in which civil government recognizes the establishment principles found in codex #1 and #3.

There is no such thing as a Christian nation, which would mean that every person in the nation must be a Christian.

a. A Client nation is simply a national entity in which the civil government recognizes establishment principles of freedom, including privacy and the sacredness of property and life.

The client nation to God contains a pivot of mature believers, who are spiritual champions and who provide the prosperity of that nation through the principle of blessing by association.

If the pivot declines, then the client nation declines and is eventually destroyed through the administration of the five cycles of discipline of Lev 26.

Every Word of God is important and pure as PRO 30:5 states.

ROM 15:4  For whatever was written in earlier times was written for our instruction, that through perseverance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.   1CO 10:6  Now these things happened as examples for us, that we should not crave evil things, as
they also craved.

2TI 3:16-17,  All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness;  that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.

a. The first cycle of discipline, LEV 26:14-17.

b. The second cycle of discipline, LEV 26:18-20.

c.  The third cycle of discipline, LEV 26:21-22.

d. The fourth cycle of discipline, LEV 26:23-26.

e.  The fifth cycle of discipline, LEV 26:27-38, amplified in DEU 28:49-67.

The cycles of discipline are based on the principle that Jesus Christ controls history directly, indirectly, and permissively.

He controls history directly through the function of his own divine essence.

He controls history indirectly through the function of the laws of divine establishment.

He controls history permissively through permitting nations to use their own volition to destroy themselves
