Doctrine of the Royalty of Jesus Christ, Part 3.

Point 1. Definition.
Royal kingly, pertaining to a crown, used to describe a king as the sovereign ruler of people.
Royalty the dignified quality or nature of a king. The Hebrew word used is melek; the Greek word is basileus.
The royalty of His deity, by virtue of the fact that He is eternal and infinite God, GEN 1:1; COL 1:16.
“I am” in the Greek is “ego eimi” “I am.”
The royalty of His humanity, by virtue of the virgin birth, Incarnation and First Advent, ROM 1:1-4.
The royalty of His Hypostatic Union, by virtue of His strategic victory at the cross, COL 2:14-15.
Point 2. The Divine Royalty of Christ.
As the manifest person of the Trinity, our Lord wears the crown of divine royalty, JOH 1:18; JOH 6:46, 1TI 6:16 1JO 4:12.
Point 3. The Jewish Royalty of Christ, the Royalty of His Humanity.
At the point of His virgin birth our Lord Jesus Christ became Jewish royalty, directly descendant from David and Bathsheba in the tribe of Judah, the family of Jesse.
This was the fuflillment of the promise given in such passages such as 2SA 7:8-16; PSA 89:20-37.
Solomons line goes down to Joseph (Mat 1) and Nathans line goes down to Mary, (Luke 1).
Point 4. The Battlefield Royalty of Jesus Christ.
By living in the PPOG, our Lord was qualified by impeccability to go to the cross and be judged for our sins.
This battlefield royalty makes Jesus Christ the ruler of elect angels and regenerate mankind, COL 2:14; HEB 2:14.
Point 5. The Titles of Our Lords Three Categories of Royalty.
Divine royalty title: Son of God (or Jehovah Elohim in the Old Testament).
Jewish royalty title: Son of David.
Battlefield royalty title: “King of kings, Lord of Lords; the Bright Morning Star.”
“King of kings” gives Christ precedence over human rulers;
“Lord of lords” gives Christ precedence over angelic rulers, REV 19:16.
Point 6. The Royal Families of Jesus Christ.
Divine royalty: God the Father and God the Holy Spirit.
Jewish royalty: the dynasty of David.
His stepbrothers: James, Joseph Jr., Simon, and Judas or Jude.
His stepsisters: at least two, being also royal descendants, MAT 13:55-56.
First of all, theres all of His ancestors from David and Bathsheba right down to Joseph and the virgin Mary.
as, while Joseph is not His real father, he is His legal father, and Mary is the real mother of His humanity.
He also has in His family some step brothers, James, Joseph Jr. Simon, Judas or Jude.
He also has at least two sisters, step sisters, so that He has at least minimum of six step-brothers, step-sisters.
The third royalty is the battlefield royalty: the royal family of God, every Church-age believer.
Technical phrases are used to describe the royal family: Body of Christ, Church, bride of Christ, baptism of the Holy Spirit, sanctification, and beloved brethren.
Point 7. The royalty of Christ applied to His name.
This is found in three words, KURIOS IESOUS CHRISTOS, meaning Lord Jesus Christ.
Point 8. The Royalty of Jesus Christ at the Second Advent.
In His divine royalty, Jesus Christ controls history.
