Commandment #6 in EXO 20:13 which says “You shall not murder” — it does not say you “You shall not kill!”
It is through the principles found in the word of God which the Lord God of Israel gave to Moses and the Jews as they developed phenomenal character which is so necessary to be successful militarily.
The sixth commandment is a prohibition of murder designed for the preservation of Divine Institution #1 — VolitionFreedom.
In committing murder, you are depriving another of his life and freedom.
In committing murder, you are depriving another of his life of prosperity.
In committing murder, you are depriving another the opportunity to glorify God with the ultimate goal being victorious in war.
JOB 24:14 “The murderer arises at dawn; He kills the poor and the needy, And at night he is as a thief.
For in the final analysis, it is the believers who are responsible for the rise or fall of a client nation.
Just as God had an indictment against the Jewish client nations, so today he has an indictment against a Gentile client nation, the United States of America.
1TI 4:1 But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons,
As a result, the last part of Hos 4:1 tells us that “nothing of grace is being applied.”
“the land mourns” means the people are miserable because of failure on the battlefield and defeat in war.”
“all who live in it languish” means loss of national courage, patriotism, vitality, and strength.
“stumbling in the daylight” means cosmic involvement in the so-called “light.”
stumbled in the daylight, and means becoming a loser by rejecting Bible doctrine after hearing it, or failing to metabolize gnosis doctrine into epignosis doctrine.
“and even the prophet will stumble with you” means prophets become false prophets and they teach false doctrine.
Hundreds of thousands of pulpits speak of “`peace, peace,’ when there is no peace,” just as they said in Jeremiah’s day, Jer 6:14, 8:11; Eze 13:10.
Prin – There can be no pivot without the pastor-teacher communicating the mystery doctrine for the Church-age.
Prin – There can be no pivot without the manufacture of invisible heroes.
(1) Freedom for evangelism in the nation.
(2) Freedom to teach doctrine in the nation.
(3) Freedom to send missionaries to other countries.
The only hope for this country resides in your soul.
Prin – A nation without bible doctrine is a nation without solutions.
This prophecy given in Hosea 4 was fulfilled to the Northern Kingdom.
The operation of free will is the basic issue in the angelic conflict, and the Decalogue is designed to protect every free will during the course of the angelic conflict.
How can people live close together, get angry at each other and still survive? Because of the divine law, “Thou shalt not commit ‘homicide.”
Murder is prohibited by the Word of God, whereas killing to defend and protect yourself is one of the greatest decisions that you can make for your loved ones and your client nation.
One’s own person or nation is sanctioned by the Word of God and is absolutely necessary in many instances for the preservation of freedom.
“The Doctrine of Warfare or what the Bible Has to Say About War and killing .”
Point 1. The Concept of Warfare as Taught in Scripture. In spite of man’s efforts for peace throughout the ages, warfare will exist until the Millennium, Mat 24:4‑7.
Point 1. There are some books mentioned concerning war, such as the Book of Wars which teaches the soldier how to succeed on the battlefield with guidance and direction that comes directly from the Lord.
Num 21:14 Therefore it is said in the book of the wars of the Lord, what He did in the Red Sea, and in the brooks of Arnon.
In 1KI 14:19, there is another reference book that the Jews followed concerning war and how Jeroboam made war and how he reigned, called “The Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Israel.”
JOH 20:30 “Many other signs therefore Jesus also performed in the presence of the disciples, which are not written in this book;
JOH 20:31 but these have been written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing you may have life in His name.”
Publius Flavius Vegetius Renatus = a writer of the Later Roman Empire.
He explains how one should fortify and organize a camp, how to train troops, how to handle undisciplined troops, how to handle a battle engagement, how to march, etc.
Victory in war does not depend entirely upon numbers or mere courage; (only skill and discipline will insure true victory).
The Romans owed the conquest of the world to no other cause than continual military training, exact observance of discipline in their camps and unwearied cultivation of the other arts of war.
The book of Numbers is the book of the war plans for Israel as well as the Chronicles.
This is why the Bible teaches the biblical principle of universal military training, Num 1:2‑3.
The book of Numbers deals with the mobilization and war plans of Israel.
It teaches that each generation must be trained in war,
Judg 3:1‑2.
JDG 3:1 Now these are the nations which the Lord left, to test Israel by them (that is, all who had not experienced any of the wars of Canaan;
JDG 3:2 only in order that the generations of the sons of Israel might be taught war, those who had not experienced it formerly).
The Lord left nations behind in the land of Israel to train the young men for war.
2SA 22:35 “He trains my hands for battle, So that my arms can bend a bow of bronze.”
Draft dodgers, slackers, and deserters are sinful before the Lord, Num 32:6-23.
10 spies came back with a negative report saying that they are not able to defeat the giants whereas two of the other spies, Joshua and Caleb, said “We can defeat and kill the giants in the land.
As the Lord said to both the man and the woman; Adam and Ishshah, where are you?
They did not guard their steps went they went into to the house of God, and they offered the sacrifice of fools; for they do not know they are doing evil, Ecc 5:1.
In ECC 5:4, they were the kind of believers who would make a vow to God and are late in fulfilling to pay it and do not realize that God takes no delight in fools. They should pay what they vow!
LUK 14:18 “I have bought a piece of land and I need to go out and look at it; please consider me excused.”
LUK 14:19 “I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I am going to try them out; please consider me excused.”
LUK 14:20 “I have married a wife, and for that reason I cannot come.’
This is when 10 of those spies came back and reported to Moses that they would not be able to take over the promise land because of the presence of giants in the land.
This is why just warfare is always from the Lord, 1Ch 5:19‑22, for many fell slain, because the war was of God.
God has ordained the principle of peace through military victory and war and a strong military is a manifestation of how He does it.
Psa 46:7-9 – “He makes wars to cease” through military victory, if that is what He wills or desires.
He protects a righteous nation, Psa 55:20‑23.
REV 12:10 And I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, “Now deliverance [Second advent], and the power, [Jesus Christ in hypostatic union, undiminished deity, true humanity in one person forever]
and the kingdom of our God [the Father’s plan for the Millennial reign of our Lord Jesus Christ] and the authority of His Christ have come,
“for the accuser of our brethren has been thrown down, who accuses them before our God day and night.”
Why will it be possible to have perfect environment in the future Millennial reign of Christ?
It is possible to have perfect environment is because the “accuser of our brethren” has been thrown down, who accuses them before our God day and night.
When you can get rid of the accusers in your life, or those who constantly make accusations against you andor others, it is inevitable that even your environment improves.
Point 2. A strong military prevents war and protects the divine establishment because freedom comes through military victory.
- The spiritual factor of Bible doctrine in the soul, prayer, and the grace of God, Neh 4:8‑9.
- The second factor that protects a nation is military preparedness, Neh 4:8‑9, 13‑15.
Failure to fight for your freedom means slavery.
As society rejects the plan of God it becomes degenerate and social degeneration is always characterized by disdain of the military and the police.
My main point here is that killing is legitimate when we are at war, whereas murder is taking a life and violating another’s free will.
The prohibition of murder is designed for the preservation of Divine Institution #1 — FreedomVolition.
In committing murder, you are depriving another of his life and freedom.
The operation of free will is the basic issue in the angelic conflict and the Ten Commandments are designed to protect every free will during the course of the angelic conflict.
Murder is prohibited by the Word of God, whereas killing in defense of one’s own person or nation is sanctioned by the Word of God and is absolutely necessary in many instances for the preservation of freedom.
The “terrible consequences” usually take place within the society that is breaking down within.
Failure to fight for freedom means slavery.
Social degeneration is always characterized by disdain of the military and police.
God uses the military to demonstrate the degeneracy and decline of a nation.
True courage is also intensified by thoroughness of training.
My main point here is that killing is legitimate when we are at war, whereas murder is taking a life and violating another’s free will.
Point 3. The military image of Jesus Christ.
The Lord was the one who fought for Israel at the Red Sea, Exo 14:14 “The Lord will fight for you while you keep silent.”
As a part of the military image of TLJC. the Hebrew phrase adonai sabaoth = “the Lord of the armies,” is one of the titles for our Lord Jesus Christ as the protector of Israel.
His title as commander and chief of the angelic army,
Jos 5:13‑6:2; Zec 14:3‑4.
As a part of the military image of TLJC, there is also the concept of Christ as a warrior will continue until the Armageddon campaign, says Zec 14:3‑4.
Under this point of the military image of Jesus Christ, the Lord Jesus Christ also delivered Israel, and killed 185,000 Assyrian soldiers in 701 B.C., ISA 37:36.
ISA 37:36 Then the angel of the Lord [Theophany] went out, and struck 185,000 in the camp of the Assyrians; and when men arose early in the morning, behold, all of these were dead.
At Armageddon, in Rev 19:11‑15, He will break His own record, according to Rev 14:19‑20; Isa 63:1‑3.
This is the War of Armageddon, one of our Lord’s final wars before eternity begins with a new heaven and a new earth as the final goal.
At this time there will be maximum slaughter by TLJC, Joel 2:20; Eze 39:11‑13 describes the stench.
Joel 2:20 “But I will remove the northern {army} far from you, and I will drive it into a parched and desolate land, and its stench will arise and its foul smell will come up.
Our Lord is a warrior and uses legitimate force rather than violence, which is evil.
