GEN 16:9 “Return to your mistress, and submit yourself to her authority.”
We cannot have a correct understanding of the importance of authority unless we have a right understanding of the essence of God, and especially our Lord as the all-powerful one, having all authority.
Omnipresence = God is everywhere present or personally present everywhere.
God is not limited by space or time.
