ROM 13:14  But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh.
"put on" - the aorist middle imperative of the verb enduo which in the imperative mood means you are commanded to this from your own free will.

There are over 10 acrostic Psalms, some that have 22 verses, one verse for every letter in the Hebrew. and some have only 11 verses with each verse cut in half and therefore two letters from the Hebrew alphabet are mentioned.

Psalm 119 - written with 8 verses for each of the Hebrew letter in order and this goes on for the rest of the Psalm with 22 letters each file having eight verses which equals the 176 verses that are given in Psa 119.

There are 22 letters in the Hebrew alphabet, and this Psalm contains 22 units of 8 verses each.

In Psa 119 above the first eight verses you should have the first letter of the Hebrew alphabet which is the Aleph            the letter also represents something,

Aleph   represents  an Ox which  represented  prosperity in the ancient world. PRO 14:4 Where no oxen are, the manger is clean, But much increase comes by the strength of the ox.
Aleph file   which has 8 verses all beginning with the letter  a in Psa 119 (1-8),  and it represents prosperity or how to prosper in the spiritual life.

"The Greatness and Glory of the Word of God."

Verses (9-16) = Beth    it represents a  house. If  we rotate it, it would like this    - refers a dwelling place or the house as being a place of rest and relaxation as well as protection and shelter.

Beth, as a house, can also represent a sanctuary or a Temple. In verses 9-16, every verse begins with the Hebrew letter Beth as a filing system for blessings in the home.

EPH 3:17  that the Lord Jesus Christ would be at home in the heart (right lobes) by means of doctrine and them being rooted and grounded in virtue-love.

PRO 19:8a  He who gets wisdom loves his own soul;

Impersonal love does not mean that you are unfriendly or distant toward others but that your love is not based upon "who they are as a person"  but rather it is it based upon "who you are as a person."

It is good because it frees you from being in bondage to trying to love others personally which is based upon "who and what they are" rather than "who and what you are."

Gimel    represents a camel, the riding animal for the desert. It brings the traveler from one place to another but it also carried gifts from far away and was like our current day UPS truck or Federal Express.
(17-24), = gifts from God that are a long way from us but getting closer to us because of our PVTD as well as representing some other things that the camel was good for.

We began a background to Psa 119 which was found in JER 31:15-17.

Psa 119 is a poem song,  a file (acrostic) to us for disasters of life  which reveals that if a believer makes the word of God his number 1 priority,  he could take shock, torture, abuse and be victorious.

Jeremiah was having a mountain top experience,  the Jews were walking through the valley of the shadow of death.

As Jews were marching below chained up by the Babylonians as slaves..... the book of Lamentations is said to be a message to the chain gang of Jewish slaves as they were walking by.

MAT 24:38  "For as in those days which were before the flood they were eating and drinking, they were marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark,

In their case,  they were eating and drinking, they were marrying and giving in marriage, until the Babylonian army came and took them captives as slaves.

You can perceive the doctrine and have it metabolized even, but reject it in the application stage.....refusing to apply.

I have I hope = he is operating under the Faith rest drill in time of maximum pressure.

Prin-Every single one of us at some time will only have God's "word" as our only hope.

Jeremiah had not been taken captive because God had protected him because he had PVTD and he is saying to Ezra and to others that as they are marching to Babylon, they are still alive and that is grace.

Ezra is going to  be under some intense treatment from his captives but the Lord will always be ready with compassion for him --as well as for us!

PSA 30:5  For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for a lifetime; Weeping may last for the night, But a shout of joy comes in the morning.

PSA 119:50  This is my comfort in my affliction, That Thy word has revived me.

The principle is that what is inside your soul reveals whether the Lord is your portion or not.

Are you just playing a religious game trying to come up with reasons as to why you are not faithful to any local assembly, whether it is face to face or non face to face, it doesn't make a difference.

"hope" yachal = which means to have faith rest under pressure.

Qavah means to have little strands of thread woven together until finally the threads become a strong rope as you are waiting upon the Lord.

The word person actually refers to the soul; "to the person or the soul that seeks Him,"  notice it is the soul not the emotion or body but the soul.

In verse 25 the word for "seeks" is the verb darash which means to continue under pressure; to overcome obstacles.

There are 176 verses in Psa 119 and 176 times doctrine is referred to in some way.

The Hebrew word silently is duwmawn which means to be silent, no murmuring or complaining,  as PHI 2:14 says,  and it can only be done through doctrine.

"yoke" means a burden, or oppression, or time of suffering as GAL 6:5 says where Paul wrote GAL 6:5  For each one shall bear his own load or his own yoke..

Youth - neurah = in times of freshness, vigor or energy,  which makes bearing of burdens easy to bear.

Many wonder why tragedy comes when they're doing so good?

The whole subject of Psa 119 is God is just and God is righteous and because of this,  God is perfect, His plan is perfect and His solutions are perfect.
