Wait is the Hebrew yachal meaning to trust under maximum pressure.
He knows deliverance will come because God cannot break His promises! TIT 1:2; HEB 6:18.
EPH 1:18 I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,
When we use the phrase right lobe or the left lobe they are psychological terms which mean the left lobe represents the mind and the right lobe represents the heart.

So they will be called oaks of righteousness, The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.
Statues is the Hebrew noun choq which refers to doctrine in the rooms of the soul.
LAM 3:19-27, Remember my affliction and my wandering, the wormwood and bitterness. Surely my soul remembers And is bowed down within me. This I recall to my mind, Therefore I have hope. The Lord's lovingkindnesses indeed never cease, For His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; Great is Thy faithfulness. "The Lord is my portion," says my soul, "Therefore I have hope in Him." The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, To the person who seeks Him. It is good that he waits silently For the salvation of the Lord. It is good for a man that he should bear The yoke in his youth.
This is why suicide is against the word of God, PSA 31:15a My times are in Thy hand;
PSA 7:15 He has dug a pit and hollowed it out, And has fallen into the hole which he made.
Notice that he found no fault with doctrine even though he was being afflicted.
The Psalmist knew they could only touch the things of the earth or his earthly life but not that which matters, his soul.

Sheep will go through any gap left open for them even to their own destruction.
Many today are lost right in the church of God through quenching the Spirit by being obsessed to the details of life.
In each case the lost is identified in Luk 15, as the lost sheep, the lost coin, the lost son, are all being sought by the grace or the lovingkindnesses of God.
