Point 1 Election is the expression of the sovereign will of God in eternity past before the universe existed and before mankind lived on the earth.
Point 2. There have only been three elections in history.
a. Israel under the ritual plan of God.b. Christ under the incarnation plan of God.c. The church under the pre-designed plan of God.
Point 3. The election of Israel. The election of Israel, as with all elections, applies only to those who have personally believed in Jesus Christ.
ROM 9:6 For they are not all Israel who are descended from Israel”
Point 4. The Unique Election of history: the Lord Jesus Christ. JOH 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His uniquely born Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life.
Point 5. The election of the Church.
Point 6. Election and the believer’s escrow account.
God is blessed by giving to us not by receiving from us.
|
Prin-The fantastic blessings and the invisible assets which God the Father has provided for each member of the Royal family of God before creation are a part of election.
Election does not mean that God violates your free will, rather, election means that God wants to bless you because of your free will decisions.
God the Father willed the highest and best for every believer and put that highest and best into escrow before He elected us to have that highest and best.
He showed His good faith by depositing in escrow your highest and best first.
Under predestination, God provided the PPOG as the means of conveyance, the means of Him performing the required acts for us to receive these blessings.
When it comes to human history, the sovereignty of God and the free will of man coexist by divine decree.
The tragedy of this is that all believers have the equal privilege and equal opportunity to receive their escrow blessings.
The spiritually rich are those winners in the PPOG who receive the transfer of their blessings from their escrow.
The spiritually poor are losers in the cosmic system who are still supported by God’s logistical grace even though they have equal privilege and equal opportunity, they don’t receive their escrow blessings simply because they are negative, through either ignorance or cognizance.
The spiritually poor cannot lose their salvation and will receive their resurrection body at the Rapture, but they will receive no escrow blessings at the Judgment seat of Christ.
Their first loss is in time.
They are a double loser because, as a result, they don’t receive their eternal escrow blessings as well.
According to the Gospel of Mark, they could received their blessing in this and in the life to Come.
Although their names are still recorded in the Lamb’s book of life, they are omitted from the honor’s list in eternity.
REV 3:5 ‘He who overcomes [the winner] shall thus be clothed in white garments; and I will not erase or blot out his name or really his TITLE from the book of life, and I will confess or homologeo his name before My Father, and before His angels.
The word for name is the noun “onoma” which means fame, reputation, or title. It is a reference to the loser believer having the title he was elected to have, erased because of his negative decisions in time.
2Jo 8‑9, “Look out for yourselves that you may not lose your momentum which you have accomplished, but that you may receive a full reward.
No one has fellowship with God who keeps advancing out of bounds and does not remain on the playing field through the doctrine of Christ.”
God the Father as the grantor deposited into escrow greater blessings for time and eternity.
These blessings are on deposit with the escrow officer, our Lord Jesus Christ.
Then, when we meet the conditions of the escrow (reaching spiritual maturity), then our Lord conveys these blessings for time to us.
Then at the Judgment seat of Christ, He conveys greater blessings for the eternal state to the winner.
For the loser, these blessings remain on deposit forever as a memorial to lost equal opportunity to execute the PPOG.
2JO 1:9 No one has fellowship with God who keeps advancing out of bounds and does not remain on the playing field through the doctrine of Christ.”
When we are out of bounds, we are grieving or quenching the Holy Spirit, but when we rebound, we get back on the playing field.
The Christian loser is defined as the Church-age believer in Jesus Christ who, through NVTD has failed to execute the PPOG for the Church-age.
Tthe loser does not lose his salvation; he only loses his escrow blessings for time and eternity.
The Christian loser fails to use power options (the filling of the Spirit and metabolization of doctrine) that have been made available.
The loser is the believer in Jesus Christ who has wrong priorities and spends his life in the cosmic system.
No discernment in those areas means no recognition of the divine signals.
This is especially true in the right man-right woman recognition as well as the right pastor -right congregation recognition, and in some cases even both!
Prin-Rejection of one’s right pastor is tantamount to rejection of the mystery doctrine of the Church-age.
The loser continues to receive logistical grace support and blessing.
The loser has equal privilege and equal opportunity to execute the PPOG with all believers who become winners.
The loser is bored, dissatisfied, preoccupied with self, arrogant, frustrated, distracted, unstable, and unable to utilize the ten problem‑solving devices.
The loser provides cursing by association which has adverse historical repercussions in the client nation.
Cursing by association means the family is cursed, social life is cursed, your job, the church, the city, state and finally even the client nation is under a curse.
The nomenclature for Christian losers.
1. The carnal believer, ROM 8:7; 1CO 3:1‑3.2. Prisoner to the law of sin, ROM 7:23.3. A wretched believer, ROM 7:24.4. Grieving the
Holy Spirit, EPH 4:30.5. Quenching the Spirit, 1TH 5:19.
6. The enemy of the Cross, PHI 3:18.7. The enemy of God, JAM 4:4.8. The flawed believer, JAM 1:23‑24.9. The psycho believer or double‑minded, JAM 4:8.
The options of the Christian loser.
The Christian loser has the option of rebound, which means restoration to fellowship with God, recovery of the filling of the Spirit, and the continuation of the spiritual life.
The characteristics of the Christian loser.
A. He is described in GAL 5:4 as “drifting off course from grace.” GAL 5:4 called “fallen” from grace the proponents of losing your salvation try and use to back their false doctrine.
Some of them actually teach that if a believer “wilfully” sins, then they have fallen from grace and lost their salvation.
HEB 10:26 For if we go on sinning willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,
Notice in this context that fallen from grace has to do with going back under the law, not some form of immorality!
B. The loser is also described in HEB 12:15 as “coming short of the grace of God.”In that passage it has to do with judging and becoming very bitter toward others.
C. The Loser believer is described as “the tormented soul” of 2PE 2:7‑8. It is because of compromise with the immoral crowd.
2PE 2:7-8, and if He rescued righteous Lot, oppressed by the sensual conduct of unprincipled men (for by what he saw and heard that righteous man, while living among them, felt his righteous soul tormented day after day with their lawless deeds),
D. The Loser believer is described as “the lukewarm believer” of REV 3:15‑16.
E. He is described as “the shipwrecked believer” of 1TI 1:19, “Having doctrine and a good conscience, which some believers have pushed aside, concerning which doctrine they have become shipwrecked.”
G. He is described as “being under the body of death” in ROM 7:24‑25.
ROM 7:24-25, Wretched man that I am! Who will set me free from the body of this death? Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord!
So then, on the one hand I myself with my mind am serving the law of God, but on the other, with my flesh the law of sin.
1. The misery he brings on himself, i.e., self‑induced or volitional misery.
2. Divine discipline in three categories: warning discipline, intensive discipline, and dying discipline.
Time provides the opportunity for the obligee to attain God’s highest and best under election, i.e., under the deposit of the obligor in eternity past.
Prin-The fulfillment of the PPOG in time leads to a rich entrance into the eternal kingdom.
A. Stay in the PPOG; quickly rebound to get back in after sinning.
B. Remain under the enabling power of the Holy Spirit.
C. Metabolize the doctrine you learn.
Your escrow blessings are actually a conveyance from the perfect righteousness of Jesus Christ, the depositary, to the perfect righteousness of Jesus Christ in you by virtue of your union with Him.
1. The conveyance and the transfer of certain blessings in time known as “temporal blessings” and “super blessings.”
2. The conveyance and the transfer of certain blessings in eternity known as eternal blessings, rewards, decorations and privileges.
