A look at the deceitfulness of faithlessness. Hosea. Part 4.

Against which means “scattered,” referring to the time when God would scatter Israel among the nations; verse 4.

Lo-ruhamah which means “unpitied,” meaning that God would lift His mercy from the nation and permit her to suffer for her sins or reap what they have sown.
Lo-ammi (1:9), which  means “not my people,” indicating this present time in God’s program when Israel is out of fellowship with God and its people are not His people as once they were.

In all these passages, God is not the guilty one who has broken His promises for TIT 1:2 in the hope of eternal life, which God, who cannot lie, promised long ages ago,

HEB 6:18 in order that by two unchangeable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie,
1SA 15:29 “And also the Glory of Israel will not lie or change His mind; for He is not a man that He should change His mind.”
MAL 3:6 says, “For I, the Lord, do not change; therefore you, O sons of Jacob, are not consumed.

They have been planting the wind, and their fruit will be the storm; their grain has no stem, it will give no meal, and if it does, a strange nation will take it.

Their foolish plans are like planting the wind, but they will harvest a storm.

The Indictment is Fully Stated: Reaping the Whirlwind. HOS 8:7 = this refers to the doctrine of the law of volitional responsibility which is the most common and the first cause for human suffering in general, and is also a specific cause for believers.

Outside of salvation and Bible doctrine, the ultimate in human prosperity is a man and woman brought together by God.

This means the heart or the right lobe of the man is at home with the virtuous woman’s soul. The virtuous woman will do good to the right man, which means to show him good, and cause him good. The virtuous woman makes decisions to please her right man.

Verse 14 says that she goes to extra effort to find things for her right man to please him, like his favorite food. The word night is “layil” which means night seasons or times of adversities.

Verse 16 says that she pleases her right man in business, e.g., she is an aggressive bargaining woman.

She has tasted that her gain, which is her profits and accomplishments are good.

Verse 20 says that because her soul is full of grace happiness from her right man, she extends grace to others.

She compliments and implements, but never competes with her right man.

The right woman supports her right man with fanatical loyalty and love. The right woman is the glory of her right man and wears her glory in her soul, which includes having a sense of humor.

Give her the product of her hands means respond to her, give her love and honor and respect.

So every human being must take the responsibility for his own decisions and his own actions in life.

Yet all our sins have natural consequences in life, for which the individual who commits them must take full responsibility.

We must always link consequences with bad decisions, rather than blaming someone else.

1.  Personal sins.
2.  Function of human good.
3.  Function of evil.
4.  Function of moral or immoral degeneracy.

5.  Living in cosmic one, “grieving the spirit.”
6.  Living in cosmic two, “quenching the spirit.”
7.  Lack of common sense and bad judgment.
8.  Subjective arrogance which is the overestimation
of your own abilities, or failing to see yourself in the light of reality.

They want to use prayer to eliminate the law of volitional responsibility.

Remember man is naturally a fool since the fall.

We acquire environmental and volitional handicaps and flaws;

However, God always manufactures solutions and blessings in the midst of suffering.

Review of the Charges. The Troubled Heart of God.

Therefore, they too shall be cut off, and thus will God avenge upon them the Blood of Jezreel (REV 16:16).
