PSA 73 describes some of the frustrations that believers have as they seek to fulfill the PPOG and their very own PSD.

In fact, this Psalm is not found in the Old Testament Hebrew but it is found in the Septuagent, which is the Old Testament translation in the Koine Greek.

The writer of Psa 33 is unknown even though there are many commentators who have studied this Psalm from the Septuagent which is the Old Testament translation  of the Bible written in the Koine or common Greek and who believe that David is the author of Psa 33.

In fact, what the Jews wanted falls under the "Cash and Cache" principle which primarily refers to a thing or a treasure that is hidden or stored somewhere, or to the place where it is hidden.

PRO 15:22, Without consultation [consulting or asking the Lord for more doctrine and wisdom concerning a matter] these plans are frustrated, But with many counselors or categories of  doctrine they succeed.

The Apostle Peter tells us exactly what we need to handle promotion and prosperity and that it is found in 1PE 5:7 which says; “Casting all your anxiety or worries upon Him, because He cares for each one of you.”

The point is that none of us "have ever" or "could ever" say we are going through things and situations that no other believers have ever gone through, or for that matter, will ever go through. Why?

The purpose is that our Lord would will always be "with us" to reveal "to us," His plan "for us."

His plan serves as a divine solution which is ready and waiting for us to apply it to our spiritual life as we worship and honor our Lord Jesus Christ.

Our Lord revealed to the apostle Paul the principle of 1CO 10:13, "No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape so that you may be able to endure it."

This means that we can handle any problem that comes our way with the divine provisions that the Lord has provided" for us" who truly believe what the Bible has to say, especially the verses that say such things as Mat 6:33-34.

The point is we have no need to worry about anything because Divine Provisions "are available" and we are "ready" for whatever our Lord desires.

Always remember that one verse that literally describes what our Lord desires for us all;
2PE 3:9, The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.

He almost fell and slipped because he had become jealous and envied the prosperity of the wicked.

He says in effect, "I was envious or jealous of the arrogant, as I saw the prosperity of the wicked."

He was looking too much at one thing; The blessings and prosperity that the unbelievers had or the blessings and prosperity that even the wicked can have, and then the blessings and prosperity that even the carnal believer can have.

In this case, Asaph, the writer and the musician of PSA73, saw the present condition of the wicked who were prospering in their midst, right in front of them with opened eyes.

PSA 23:5, "Thou dost prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; Thou hast anointed my head with oil; My cup overflows."

There are so many doctrinal interpretations of this passage that I love to call PSA 23 "The  Great Shepherd's Song"  because it reminds me of the fact that TLJC is the King of kings and Lord of lords of ALL.

Are you going to learn about the divine provisions that our Lord has provided personally for each and every one of us?

Or, are you thinking in the realm of human viewpoint which really has no solution to your problems; Again, what is it that you see?

He saw what the wicked had as far as blessings  but he forgot their future.

He saw their outward display of prosperity as well as the fact that He saw what they had.

A New car, new home, better job, fine clothing, no problems with the finances, everything is going right.

You look at what they have but you only see their outward display not the inner changes.

Because we do not see the discomfort and lack of contentment in the wicked soul.

Our battles are not against people but our spiritual warfare which is really invisible, EPH 6:12; 2CO 4:17-18.

You don't see when they go to sleep at night that they have all these riches and all these things and all this form of prosperity, but there's something missing in their soul.

It is the fact that they (the wicked) don't have that peace that goes beyond understanding, PHI 4:6.

That's why I said to you that you would be shocked if you could trade places with a millionaire, or a person who has everything going for them but they still lack contentment as well as inner peace.

You would be shocked at how fast you would say, "I want to come back to my life, I don't want to trade places with them.“

He has no idea of what happens to the wealthy or the wicked at death.

Only God knows what an individual is going through at death.

This man doesn't know whether or not there are "no pains" in their death, only God knows the details that are involved concerning what the individual is going through.

What really is important are the lessons that this man will learn and apply concerning WHY  the wicked prosper while the believer always seems to be in need, one way or another.

All believers who understand these principles realize the fact that the answers will come but they may not be the answers we expected or the blessings you thought would give you +H or inner happiness and contentment.

Like most believers, we want those blessings in "our time," or "under our timing" rather than waiting for the Divine Timing of our Lord to act on our behalf according to His timing and not ours.

We need to perceive the "Word of God" under the "power of God the Holy Spirit" so that we are always "able and ready" to worship our Lord according to His Word.

Our Lord also taught the importance of always being ready when He said to His disciples  in LUK 12:40, "You too, be ready; for the Son of Man is coming at an hour that you do not expect."

Considering the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses.

Also in 1TI 6:17 we read Instruct those who are rich in this present world not to be conceited or to fix their hope on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly supplies us with all things to enjoy.

1TI 6:18-19  Instruct them to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and be ready to share,  storing up for themselves the treasure of a good foundation for the future, so that they may take hold of that which is life indeed.

This means that there are times where you and I are being trained "by Him" and "for Him" who is according to the greatest soldier in all of human history, our Lord Jesus Christ.

There must be a change in view according to the Gospel of John and that change cannot take place unless both parties agree to let the Word of God be the final authority in your life.

There must be a place where your friendships in life become just as important to you as an old friend that you have not seen for years.

Are you going to learn about the divine provisions that our Lord has provided personally for each and every one of us?

Or, are you thinking in the realm of human viewpoint which really has no solution to your problems?

He saw what the wicked had as far as blessings  but he forgot their future.

A New car, new home, better job, fine clothing, no problems with the finances, everything is going right.

Because we do not see the discomfort and lack of contentment in the wicked soul.

Notice once again that our battles are not against people but our spiritual warfare is really invisible,  EPH 6:12; 2CO 4:17-18.

You don't see when they go to sleep at night that they have all these riches and all these things and all this form of prosperity, but there's something missing in their soul.

Like most believers, we want those blessings in "our time," or "under our timing" rather than waiting for the Divine Timing of our Lord to act on our behalf according to His timing and not ours.

Therefore, once again we need to perceive the "Word of God" under the "power of God the Holy Spirit" so that we are always "able and ready" to worship our Lord according to His Word.

Our Lord also taught the importance of always being ready when He said to His disciples  LUK 12:40  "You too, be ready; for the Son of Man is coming at an hour that you do not expect."

In 1TI 6:17, Instruct those who are rich in this present world not to be conceited or to fix their hope on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly supplies us with all things to enjoy.

1TI 6:18-19, Instruct them to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and be ready to share, storing up for themselves the treasure of a good foundation for the future, so that they may take hold of that which is life indeed.

This means that there are times where you and I are being trained "by Him" and "for Him" who is according to the greatest soldier in all of human history, our Lord Jesus Christ.

According to the divine will of God which is for us and not against us, God 's timing is not like man's timing which is why all of us need to be ready and prepared to face whatever the Lord desires for us.

This is also because many believers think and say such thing like; "If you have money and prosperity all of your problems can be solved and that simply is not so."

This is another reason why we should never covert or lust after what the wicked and the wealthy possess, especially in our day and age, with all the deception and lies from the cosmic system concerning such things as sensitive as money.

When it says in verse 4 that "their body is fat" it means that they enjoy blessings from the Lord but do not want the Lord Himself.

In the ancient world, prosperity was manifested by the strength of the human body being healthy and prosperous through the physical body.

This is the thinking of the individual who almost slipped because of the envy and jealousy which led him to coveting.

He is saying "There's no pain from their death like there is with others who are dying."

This is a false truth because no one really knows what truly happens when an individual is in the dying stage of their life as well as the time and the manner of our death.

PSA 68:20, God is to us a God of deliverances; And to God the Lord belong escapes from death.

And not only that but I also want you to remember that death has been overcome by the spiritual death of our Lord Jesus Christ who won the victory over death once and for all.

1CO 15:55-56, O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting? The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

1CO 15:58, Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not {in} vain in the Lord.

This is why PSA 116:15  Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His godly ones.

ISA 57:1, The righteous man perishes, and no man takes it to heart; And devout men are taken away, while no one understands. For the righteous man is taken away from evil,

You can see a little bit of arrogance coming through those who have been blessed by God who think that "they" are the reasons why they are blessed.

We know that the truth and the blessings are not because of something you or I did to earn these Divine Blessings but because of what our Lord desires to give to whomever He wants to.

1CO 4:7, For who regards you as superior? And what do you have that you did not receive? But if you did receive it, why do you boast as if you had not received it?

The reason is given in 1CO 1:29  that no man should boast before God.

We all need to remind ourselves of something, which is the fact that you and I have something in our soul that money cannot buy.

One of those doctrinal principles is that you can go through a tragedy, or a disaster and still you can say, "I have learned to be content in whatever state I am in."

Pres-act infinitive of the Greek verb mueo = to initiate, to teach, to instruct, especially "what the original Greek language calls a mystery or really it means to have and to hold a mystery that was hidden from before the foundation of the world.

The writer of PSA 33 is unknown even though there are many commentators who have studied this Psalm which is the Old Testament translation of the Bible written in the Koine or the Common Greek and who believe that David is the author of PSA 33.

This principle of blessings and happiness are also identified  by the Jews as blessings from TLJC who have what the Jews and falls under the "Cash and Cache" principle which primarily refers to a thing or a treasure that is hidden or stored somewhere in your life or in the place where it is hidden.

We can handle anything that comes our way with happiness and joyfulness;
DEU 28:27, "Because you did not serve the Lord your God with joy and a glad heart, for the abundance of all things;"

PRO 23:23, Buy truth, and do not sell {it,} {Get} wisdom and instruction and understanding.

First of all, you can buy the truth with your time and your dedication to the Living Word, TLJC, as well as the written word .

You cannot buy contentment .
You cannot buy love.
You cannot buy truth.
You cannot buy God's power.
You cannot buy eternal life.

This is the thinking of the individual that almost totally slipped away from that which was important, the plan of God.

There are some things about the wicked who prosper or people who have riches don't have to be concerned about such things as where their next meal is going to come from.

They don't have to be concerned about who's going to pay for the insurance, for their health insurance, who's going to pay the car payment.

They don't have to worry about those things and the ordinary domestic and personal troubles that we would have as naturally minded individuals or people who are not blessed with supergrace blessings, both natural and spiritual.

First of all, it can refer to the PPOG or it can refer to the biblical doctrine of predestanation in EPH 1:5  He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will,

In EPH 1:6, we have the phrase "to the praise of the glory of His grace," which (grace) He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved.

They wear their own pride and their own violence as jewelry and they want everyone to see "Look what I've got."
