a. The hidden stage which is the age of invisible heroes and the dispensation or period of time where they are and how they are formed.
b. Then there is the overt stage of the intensified stage of the angelic conflict which is the Tribulation period, the age of visible heroes.
This is the stage where every bel is a target of Satan and the KOD in contrast to the fact that in the OT dispensation, Christ and the line of Christ was the target.
Because of the baptism of the Spirit you are in identified with Christ as He is seated at the right hand of the Father in His resurrection, ascension, and session.
Because of the baptism of the Spirit breaking the power of the old sin nature, the “potentiality of the newness of life” becomes a reality as in ROM 6:4.
The baptism of the Spirit is the basis for establishing the royal family of God’s relationship with Jesus Christ.
Being in union with Christ we share Christ’s + R and His earned eternal life, in addition to possessing the perfect righteousness and eternal life of God the Father by imputation.
MAT 5:17, TLJC said “Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish, but to fulfill.
There is no advance in the spiritual life until the believer learns about the security, both the temporal and eternal security, he has in Christ.
Understanding the “law of the Spirit of life” means freedom, liberty, and privacy.
The “law of the Spirit of life” in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of “sin and death.
Harmartias in the singular refers not just to personal sins but the entire old sin nature.
Not only has the Holy Spirit set us free from the OSN but also from death which is the genitive singular masculine noun thanatou referring to spiritual death.
ROM 3:20 because by the works of the Law no flesh will be justified in His sight; for through the Law comes the knowledge of sin.
ROM 4:15 for the Law brings about wrath, but where there is no law, neither is there violation.
ROM 5:20 And the Law came in that the transgression might increase; but where sin increased, grace abounded all the more,
The Law could not save us or bless us because it was weak through OUR FLESH.
Most Christians are on a point system with God. If they do this, then they think God will do that.
It refers to the impossibility of any believer trying to please God and get blessing from God because of what he does.
They take it out of the place that God has put it in.
The Law was given to reveal our helplessness and total reliance upon the grace of God.
What the Law could not accomplish in man God found a way to accomplish in a man, TLJC.
God had a purpose for the Law and when it is not used for that purpose it becomes distorted.
The purpose of the Law was to condemn us or as ROM 7:13 teaches so that sin might be shown to be sin.
