Loneliness is the result of undefined anxiety.
Psychiatry has labeled loneliness as a form of anxiety and that conformity to society is the common escape route.
Loneliness causes people to conform to the herd so they wont feel left out.
Christianity appears to be only another temporary source of relief similar to the worlds provision of escapism.
