Why Satan desires to sow discord among the team.

“Charisma” = an extraordinary power distinguishing certain Christians and enabling them to serve the church of Christ.

EPH 4:8And He gave gifts to men.”

1TI 4:14Do not neglect the spiritual gift within you,”

1CO 12:7But to each one is given for our benefit the manifestation of the Spirit for the benefit of the common good.”

Your spiritual gift is just as important to the team as the next person’s because all the gifts are beneficial to the team.

This verse is a warning to all team members to avoid judging other team members with different spiritual gifts, often-invisible spiritual gifts.

seem = pres/act/part – dokeo = a subjective and critical system of thinking about someone else; a subjective or judging opinion, without facts, only prejudice.

“Less honorable” doesnt mean theyre dishonorable; it means they dont receive any recognition.

COL 3:17And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father.”

ECC 9:10Whatever your hand finds to do, verily, do {it} with all your might;”

less honorable = they do not always receive noticeable honor, except the greatest of all honor, that fantastic “Well done” from the Lord, and their future blessings in heaven as rewards.

bestow = pres/act/ind – perititheemi = to clothe with more abundant honor, to put a hedge around someone, to invest in them, to build them up, to treat them with privilege.

For this team was coordinated in heaven as a part of the doctrine of divine decrees in eternity past, EPH 1:4.

Billions of years ago the Trinity decided that TLJC would be head of the church as our Savior, and God the Holy Spirit would provide whatever we were as team members, EPH 1:22, 1CO 12:11.

The greatest part of history is the Church-age when everything is resolved with regard to the prehistoric angelic conflict.

The more abundant honor to the parts of the team that lacked = the team members who advance in the spiritual life are part of a great invisible army.

Who makes other members of the team hurt? Someone who is arrogant, self-righteous, angry, bitter, jealous, vindictive, vicious, a gossip, a maligner, someone who judges, etc.

ROM 14:4Who are you to judge the servant of another? To his own master he stands or falls; and stand he will, for the Lord is able to make him stand.”
