A sin is any thought or action that falls short of GOD’s will.

In 1TH 5:19 we are told to not quench the HS, that is stifle the HS.
In EPH 4:30, Do not grieve the Holy Spirit, that is to actually cause grief.

Râ âh רָאָה
This word is used the most and is translated as evil.
This is the word used for the Tree of the knowledge of
tove good and ra ah evil.

Cha tâh
This term is the second most used almost 300 times and is most often translated as sin or committing an offense. This is the word used when the LORD warned Cain that sin (
cha tah) is crouching around every corner.

JOB 11:20, But the eyes of the wicked (rah sha) shall fail, and they shall not escape.

PSA 32:1, Blessed is he whose transgression
(
pe sheh) is forgiven, whose sin (chatahis covered.

MAT 1:21, “She will bear a Son; and you shall call HIS name Jesus, for HE will save HIS people from their (harmartia) sins.”

If the goal is to hit the mark, and the arrow misses the mark the target, does it really matter how much the arrow missed the target by? It may have missed it by a little bit or it may miss it by alot, but the result is the same: The arrow misses the mark.

ISA 1:6, From the sole of the foot even to the head There is nothing sound good in man.
ROM 3:23, For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.

We cannot redeem ourselves. No other human can redeem us, no Priest, no Pastor, not Buddah, or Mohamed, no one! Only the LORD Jesus Christ.

There is a GOD and:
One day every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is LORD.

Truth is truth, truth has always been truth, and truth is truth whether one believes it or not.

Pilate asked one of the most important questions in the universe: What is truth?
But he walked away not waiting for an answer from the ONE Who has truth. Pilate didn’t stick around to hear the answer, and truth was standing right in front of him.

ROM 6:23, “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of GOD is eternal life in Christ Jesus our LORD.”

Gossiping is vastly different than ordering the extermination of a 6 million Jews.

There is a GOD, and HE gave HIS only SON to die for all of your sins, the only thing that could not be forgiven is the sin of you not believing in that SON who died for your sins.
Because you are rejecting the very essence of what forgiveness is based upon.

Nothing has changed even those who knew or know GOD and perhaps even knew or now know the truth…they ignored HIM and still ignore HIM and HIS Word.

GOD will allow sin because of man’s freewill. GOD allowed fornication, adultery, homosexuality, pornography and all the rest.

At some point GOD let’s go, HE is still there, HE didn’t leave them, they left HIM. HE knows these people will never come back.
Their hard hearts prevent it.

The Bible is clear throughout that ALL, without exception (except ONE), are sinners.

GAL 3:10, For as many as are of the works of the law are under a curse.

Man likes to boast about how good they are and how they are better than other people and how much good we have done.

We are not saved because of how good we are. We are saved because of how good GOD is.

2CO 11:30, If I must boast, I will boast of the things that show my weakness.

Most legalists are not at all shy about telling you what your problem is while neglecting their own.

LUK 6:42, How can you say to your brother, 'Brother, let me take the speck out of your eye,' when you yourself fail to see the plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye.

ROM 3:27-31, Where then is boasting? It is excluded. By what kind of law? Of works? No, but by a law of faith. For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from works of the Law. That way no one can boast.

ROM 4:2-3, For if Abraham was justified by works, he has something to boast about, but not before God. For what does the Scripture say? “ABRAHAM BELIEVEDGOD, AND IT WAS CREDITED TO HIM AS RIGHTEOUSNESS.

PHI 3:7, But whatever were gains to me I now consider loss for the sake of Christ.
