1. Our Lord taught them that there was going to be a new type of love for them and us to love one another with in JOH 13:1, correlated with JOH 13:34-35.

LUK 12:48….to whom much is given much shall be required.

PSA 139:21-22, Do I not hate those who hate Thee, O Lord? And do I not loathe those who rise up against Thee? I hate them with the utmost hatred; They have become my enemies.

2. Our Lord also them that there was going to be the unique doctrine of satanic influence and the satanic possession of man, in verses 2,27.

Satan influencing the soul, in both believers and unbelievers in found in JOH 13:2  And during supper, the devil having already put into the heart of Judas Iscariot putting into the heart is satanic influence], {the son} of Simon, to betray Him,

Satan possessing the body of the unbeliever only our Lord taught them JOH 13:27  And after the morsel, Satan then entered into him. Jesus therefore *said to him, “What you do, do quickly.”

3. He revealed the descending of our Lord in JOH 13:3 {Jesus,} knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands, and that

He had come forth from God [He descended from heaven to the earth] ,

In Joh 13, this was a reference to the Lord descending from Heaven down to the earth.

JOH 13:3, He revealed the descending of our Lord in JOH 13:3 when it says  {Jesus,} knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands, and that He had come forth from God,

4, He also taught that He would provide them salvation in JOH 13:8 when He said to Peter, “If I do not wash you, you have no part with Me.”

5. Our Lord also taught them that He was going to provide them rebound, JOH 13:8-10.

6. Our Lord taught them that He was going to provide them resurrection is revealed by JOH 13:4 He rose from supper, and laid aside His garments; and taking a towel, He girded Himself about.

7. He revealed the principle of the ascension in JOH 13:1,12.

8. The Session is revealed by the phrase in JOH 13:12….and reclined {at the table} again, He said to them, “Do you know what I have done to you.?

9. He taught certain principles concerning the hypostatic union in JOH 13:13,16.

10. Our Lord also taught them that He was deity or God in man in JOH 13:13-14.

11. The doctrine of Kenosis, all denting Himself is right to be called God is in view in JOH 13:16 “Truly, truly, I say to you, a slave is not greater than his master; neither {is} one who is sent greater than the one who sent him.

12. Our Lord taught them about the Lordship of Christ, JOH 13:13-14.

Spiritual service is accomplished in a very humble way but it does not rob the one who has the authority from God of His authority.

No matter how humiliating, no matter how degrading it may be, service as rendered by our Lord, indicated His relaxed mental attitude and His wonderful sense of humor.

When believers do not have a R.M.A. and a wonderful sense of humor, it is usually because of N.V.T.D. or because they have fallen into some form of reversionism, especially legalistic reversionism.

As Joseph’s brothers got involved with transference arrogance, where they accuse others of doing what they have secretly done, or are doing, or will end up doing because of what MAT 7:1-5 says.

1. You lose your common sense.

2. You lose your sense of humor.

3. You lose your balance of resident doctrine in the soul so that you become psychopathic, neurotic, or psychotic.   4. You lose your discernment.

a. Self-justification b. Self-deception b. Self-absorption

GAL 6:3  For if anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself.

1CO 10:12  Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.

PRO 16:18  Pride comes before destruction, And a arrogant spirit a fall.

ROM 14:4  Who are you to judge the servant of another? To his own master he stands or falls; and stand he will, for the Lord is able to make him stand.

ROM 14:10  But you, why do you judge your brother? Or you again, why do you regard your brother with contempt? For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of God.

MAT 7:1-2, “Do not judge lest you be judged. For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you.

JOH 7:24 “Do not judge according to appearance,

1CO 4:5 Therefore do not go on passing judgment before the time, {but wait} until the Lord comes who will both bring to light the things hidden in the darkness and disclose the motives of {men’s} hearts; and then each man’s praise will come to him from God.

JAM 4:11-12,  Do not speak against one another, brethren. He who speaks against a brother, or judges his brother, speaks against doctrine, and judges doctrine; but if you judge doctrine, you are not a doer of the Word, but a judge of it.

JAM 4:12  There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the One who is able to save and to destroy; but who are you who judge your neighbor?

ISA 66:5 Hear the word of the Lord, you who tremble at His word: “Your brothers who hate you, who exclude you for My name’s sake,
Have said, ‘Let the Lord be glorified, that we may see your joy.’ But they will be put to shame.

LUK 6:37 “And do not judge and you will not be judged; and do not condemn, and you will not be condemned; pardon, and you will be pardoned.

ROM 2:1 Therefore you are without excuse, every man of you who passes judgment, for in that you judge another, you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things.

JOH 8:7 “He who is without sin among you, let him be the first to throw a stone at him or her.”

JAM 2:13 For judgment will be merciless to one who has shown no mercy; mercy triumphs over judgment.

PHI 3:1  Finally, my brethren, keep on having inner happiness in the Lord. On the one hand, to be writing the same doctrines to you

is not troublesome to me, while on the other hand, it is a safeguard or a basis of security for you.

PSA 119:165  “Great peace have they who love Your doctrine: nothing shall offend them or make them stumble.”

Mercy for our past failures and flaws and grace to empower us to  handle our present failures and flaws.

HEB 4:16  Let us therefore draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and may find grace to help in time of need.

LUK 18:13 “God, be merciful to me, the sinner!”

TIT 2:11-12, For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men, instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously and godly in the present age,

LUK 7:47 “For this reason I say to you, her sins, which are many, have been forgiven, for she loved much; but he who is forgiven little, loves little.”

The word for “know” is the perf-act-ind of oida which is oidate referring to doctrine in the frame of reference, the memory center, the entire stream of consciousness in our soul.

1.  The Frame of Reference.

2.  The Memory Center.

3.  Vocabulary Storage.

4.  The Categorical Storage.

5.  The Conscience. 6.  The Momentum Department. 7.  The Wisdom Department. 8. The self-consciousness.
“know” is the perf-act-ind of oida  referring to doctrine in the frame of reference, the memory center, the entire stream of consciousness in our soul.

The nominative masculine plural noun makaroi means to be happy, but in the plural it should read “happinesses” or “many types of happiness.”

JOH 13:17  “If you know these things, Happinesses or many different types of happiness are yours.

Happiness is related to knowing doctrine not having your dreams and goals fulfilled.

We must never confuse happiness, as taught in the Word of God, with the various stimuli of life which are enjoyable for the moment, but have no ability to sustain us in day‑by‑day living.

It is only in the body to the extent that the soul is in the body, for happiness is related to the soul and spirit, to the immaterial parts of man, and is not related to the body at all.

Satan’s propaganda is that money, success, pleasure, social life, sexual life, public approbation, fame, material things, travel, health, and pleasant circumstances in life can make you happy.

By way of contrast, what God has provided for us with His happiness is a permanent factor as well as a problem solving device.

Anything that is worthwhile is worthwhile in adversity as well as in prosperity.

To the extent that you are dependent on people, circumstances, prosperity, success, or any accouterments of life for happiness, to that extent you are weak.
It isn’t dependent on people, environment, associations, or circumstances of prosperity or adversity; it depends on none of these things.

Having divine happiness is very simple because all that it requires is dedication and devotion to the intake of Bible doctrine.

LUK 11:28  “Happy are those who hear the word of God, and observe it.”

1JO 1:4, “In fact, we write these things that our happiness [+H] might be completed.”

The relationship between our Lord’s happiness and the Church-age believer’s happiness will also be given by our Lord inJOH 15:11,

where He will say “I have taught you these things, in order that My happiness [+H] might be in you, and that your happiness might be completed [fulfilled].”

Spiritual self-esteem is only the beginning of divine happiness.

By advancing through providential preventative suffering to spiritual autonomy, divine happiness becomes stronger.

By advancing through momentum testing to spiritual maturity, divine happiness reaches its peak.

“If” and “when” you pass evidence testing, then you have the +H that will exist forever and ever; in living, in dying, and in the eternal state forever.

PRO 3:13 says  “Happiness belongs to the person who finds wisdom, even to the person who gains understanding.”

PSA 31:7  “I will rejoice and be happy in the provision of Your grace.”

In a sense then, happiness is a form of energy.    This is energy beyond human imagination or understanding.

God in His omniscience found a way to design a plan to make us happy.

In eternity past, God made the sovereign decision to share His happiness with the new spiritual species, the Church-age believer as royal family of God.

Neither the failure of angels nor members of the human race has ever given God even a second of unhappiness.

The verb for “do” is a pres-act-subj, poiete which means to keep on doing the same things.

It means by taking in doctrine today and taking in doctrine tomorrow and the next day, and the next day, and the next, you are accumulating a concentration of divine happiness.

If you understand what’s important in life, you will be happy and you will never be humiliated from doing anything in life, including what I’ve just done to you.”

A pres-act-part of the verb trogo which is  trogon which is not the usual word for eating which is esthio, trogon means that the traitor is crunching his food, it means to crunch food, or to munch on food.

Trogon also means “to gnaw,” “to bite.

“has lifted up” is an aor-act-ind, the verb epairo which is eperen which means to reject the authority of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The raising up of the heel means to over-throw or to seek one’s destruction, or to reject authority.

Judas has pretended to love the Lord but ignorance of doctrine and a desire for approbation means that it has always been pseudo-love.

MAR 12:30  “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.”

If a believer really loves God, it will be manifested by his desire to hear God’s doctrines, JOH 8:47.

Hearing doctrine is not enough, not only will you hear doctrine but “if you love the Lord,” you will keep His doctrines, JOH 14:15.
“keep” is the aor-act-imp of tereo which means to guard something that belongs to you as precious.      AMO 8:11-12, “Behold, days
are coming,” declares the Lord God, “When I will send a famine on the land, Not a famine for bread or a thirst for water, But rather for hearing the words of the Lord.

AMO 8:12  “And people will stagger from sea to sea, And from the north even to the east; They will go to and fro to seek the word of the Lord, But they will not find it.

If you guard or keep God’s Word in you, God’s love will be in you, JOH 15:10.

Keeping with doctrine is the only way to love with God’s love, 1JO 2:5 “But whoever keeps His word, in him the love of God has truly been perfected. By this we know that we are in Him.”

“Perfected” means to complete or to reach maturity.   It also means to come to the place where it can be released.

This love for God is revealed by your impersonal love toward one another, 1JO 4:7.

1JO 4:7  Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.

The word for receives is the pres-act-part of lambano means to receive, to take hold of, to grasp, to seize, and it sets up the authority for Bible teachers.

The indefinite pronoun “tina” which means anyone, or a certain one, or someone, and it simply refers to those whom the Lord sends to represent Him on earth through the communication of doctrine.

In the first generation, He sent apostles and prophets and pastor-teachers.

When you receive the ones whom God has sent, you receive the Lord.

TLJC is represented today by the prepared pastor-teacher and when a congregation receives the authority of their right pastor-teacher, they are receiving the authority of Jesus Christ.

When a congregation receives their right pastor-teacher they receive TLJC who sent Him and God the Father who gave all authority to the Son.

God the Holy Spirit chose the apostle Paul, who was a bachelor, to be one of the greatest experts on the subject marriage in all of human history.

Since Paul received his knowledge through Divine revelation and not from human experience, he is automatically an objective authority on the subject.

One of the major problems in marriage is the fact that people expect more from it than what God designed it for.

1. If you are trying to solve your problems in dating, relationships and marriage without Bible doctrine, your efforts are fruitless because there is no solution to your problem, no matter how sincere you are or how hard you try.

2.Any relationship based solely upon emotion is self-destructive and doomed to failure.

3.If you are a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, there is absolutely no place for worldly counsel and human viewpoint in your marriage.

4. Bible doctrine must be accompanied by virtue-love in the application of the doctrinal principles that you have learned.

5.Bible doctrine is always right. No matter what you think, feel, see or believe, if it contradicts doctrine B it is wrong, period.

6. The ultimate in happiness is fulfilling the Pre-designed Plan of God for your life.

“Let the husband fulfill his duty to his wife, and likewise also the wife to her husband.” (1CO 7:3).
