It was a lesson on how the Lord uses what we have provided for Him to use that is within us according to what we have given to Him to use.
EPH 2:8 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God;
EPH 2:9 not as a result of works, that no one should boast.
EPH 2:10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for the purpose of performing good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.
ISA 43:7 Everyone who is called by My name, And whom I have created for My glory, Whom I have formed, even whom I have made.”
In verses 10-11, here comes a miracle, the Miraculous Feeding.
“Have the people sit down” was another test, this time, however, it was a test of their obedience.
Would the 12 disciples “obey” this command or not?
He took what the little boy had. He took what was available and used what was there.
TLJC took the little that the boy had and multiplied it into one of the greatest meals of all time.
Did the Lord need the little boys bread and fish?
Jesus Christ honors prepared people even if they’re children.
He also desires for us to get involved with what He is doing.
Her name was changed from Ishshah to Eve because Eve meant the mother of all living.
The Lord desires for us to get involved with what He is doing.
1. Jesus Christ honors prepared people even if they’re children.
2. He also desires for us to get involved with what He is doing.
3. TLJC does not work independently of prepared people.
JAM 4:10 Humble yourselves before the Lord and He will promote you.”
It is a system that is not related in any way to man promoting man.
All promotions in the Christian life are completely and totally fair, because all promotion is accomplished by God and God alone.
Promotion is always related to humility and the believer making the Word of God, the Bible, number one priority in your life.
LUK 14:11 Everyone who exalts himself shall be humbled.  And he who humbles himself shall be promoted.”
LUK 14:11 What I’m saying is, If you walk around with your nose in the air, you’re going to end up flat on your face. But if you’re content to be simply yourself, you will become more than yourself.”
“Everyone who exalts himself” is the believer involved in self-promotion,  the believer with garbage in the soul.
LUK 14:11 says that the one who exalts himself shall be humbled.
The believer “is humbled” through the law of volitional responsibility, in which the believer must take the responsibility for his own bad decisions.
Do you believe in EPH 2:8-9,  that by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, that no one should boast.
Do you believe JOH 5:24 “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.
Do you believe ROM 8:1 that There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
2CO 5:8  we are of good courage, I say, and prefer rather to be absent from the body and to be at home with the Lord.
Do you believe PRO 30:5  Every word of God is pure:
2PE 1:20 But know this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture is a matter of one’s own interpretation,
2PE 1:21 for no prophecy was ever made by an act of human will, but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God.
ISA 28:9 Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine?
ISA 28:10  For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:
