ISA 1:9 Unless the Lord of hosts Had left us a few survivors, We would be like Sodom, We would be like Gomorrah.
The purpose of this analogy can only be explained in detail by the Alpha and Omega passages of Romans as they relate to the big fallen away or the drop-out that habitually took place in the nation of Israel throughout human history.
The perfect active indicative of the verb proereo= proeirhken - proeireeken meaning to prophecy, to speak beforehand, to foretell.
"ROM 9:29 And just as Isaiah has prophesied” or foretold, or predicted
The intensive perfect tense indicates that it is a completed action meaning that Isaiah’s prophecy is written with the result that it stands written forever in the Old Testament Canon.
The active voice: Isaiah under the ministry of God the Holy Spirit is the who produces the action of the verb.
Isaiah was a man of God and God always comes through for His man no matter what sight appears to look like, ISA 54:17.
The indicative mood is declarative for the reality of Isaiah’s eschatological ministry or Isaiah telling the Jews what is about to happen in the future.
When Paul quotes Isaiah 1:9, in the original context this is a reference to the administration of the divine discipline to the Southern Kingdom in BC 701, known as the Sennacherib invasion.
This describes the devastation, the holocaust that came as a result of the big blot-out from the Jews fallen away as a nation from the Lord. The Lord of hosts is the Lord of the armies [Jesus Christ].
The Lord had caused a minority of believers to remain who had PVTD and had become a part of the pivot of the nation.
The Doctrine of the Pivot Point 1. Definition.
a. The pivot is defined as the accumulation of mature or spiritually adult believers living in a client nation in a specific geographical location; MAT 5:13-14.
b. While a pivot is composed primarily of mature believers, it may also include those new positive believers whose momentum has carried them into any legitimate stage of spiritual adulthood.
c. Technically, the pivot may include all believers who have fulfilled the principle of "virtue first” as their first priority in the plan of God.
d. Virtue is the visible manifestation of the invisible, i.e., metabolized doctrine and the power of the Holy Spirit controlling the soul.
e. Basic virtues developed in the PREDESIGNED PLAN OF GOD include enforced and genuine humility, love, worship, morality, courage, and confidence.
Virtue is the quality of intrinsic good; it is not proving one's worth or who you really are - inwardly - meaning you are not a phony, which so many are - and why they hate the truth that exposes them, GAL 4:16.
Prin - Proving one's worth is arrogance; improving one's worth spiritually is wisdom.
Believers who reside and function in the PREDESIGNED PLAN OF GOD produce virtue, while believers who reside and function in the cosmic system destroy virtue and produce pseudo‑virtue.
It is virtue manufactured inside the PREDESIGNED PLAN OF GOD that is the source of all true happiness in life.
Pseudo‑virtue manufactured in the cosmic system is the basis of all hypocrisy in life.
Some of you need to remember a few very vital principles like 1CO 15:10; ROM 8:31; ZEC 2:8; (Apple), MAL 3:17(Jewels)
They are jewels for their sparkling quality.
Their spirituality shines and sparkles in God’s eyes! They “shine like stars in the universe.” (PHI 2:15).
The godly are also jewels for their scarcity.
“Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.” (Matt 7:13-14).
The godly are jewels for their price.
God values the saints so highly that He parted with His best jewel to obtain them — Christ’s precious blood was shed to ransom these jewels! “With your blood you purchased men for God from every tribe and language and people and nation.” (REV 5:9).
Christians are jewels for their beauty.
Christians are jewels which adorn the world. Hypocrites dishonor true Christianity and give it a bad name but living a godly life honors the gospel. “Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.” (MAT 5:16).
They were sin but He made them into His jewels! Thank God who has brought such a change in you! From lumps of dirt and sin — He has made you into His jewels, 2CO 5:20.
The pivot may include all believers who have fulfilled the principle of "virtue first” as their first priority in the plan of God.
In the dispensation of the church, the Christian service that is most important is done where people cannot see it.
Believers in the pivot stand out in contrast to believers living in the cosmic system, whose arrogance from motivational arrogance results in self-righteous, crusader arrogance.
These believers are apostate, recognized by their own clichés', their hypocritical sweet personalities, their self-righteousness, their crusader arrogance, their distortion of doctrine and disorientation to reality, and they are potential revolutionists.
You can also recognize the shrinking of the pivot by the social action and civil disobedience advocated and practiced by believers.
Christianity must never be the state, though religion always tries to be the state, (e.g., Arab countries like Iran and Syria).
The influence of Christianity is not produced by influencing with Christian principles, but by growing in grace and establishing a pivot that has invisible historical impact.
We believe in and advocate the separation of church and state for the true function of freedom and the fulfillment of human volition in the angelic conflict.
The influence of the church must be spiritual.
In a client nation, there must be enough freedom for evangelism, conversion, spiritual growth, and missionary activity.
Four great pivots were formed in the Eighteenth century in Holland, Britain, America, and North Germany.
Point 2. The Pivot and the Client Nation.
The Gentile client nation to God is not a Christian nation, but a national entity in which civil government recognizes the establishment principles found in codex #1 and #3.
There is no such thing as a Christian nation, which would mean that every person in the nation must be a Christian.
a. A Client nation is simply a national entity in which the civil government recognizes establishment principles of freedom, including privacy and the sacredness of property and life.
The client nation to God contains a pivot of mature believers, who are spiritual champions and who provide the prosperity of that nation through the principle of blessing by association.
If the pivot declines, then the client nation declines and is eventually destroyed through the administration of the five cycles of discipline of Lev 26.
Every Word of God is important and pure as PRO 30:5 states.
ROM 15:4 For whatever was written in earlier times was written for our instruction, that through perseverance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope. 1CO 10:6 Now these things happened as examples for us, that we should not crave evil things, as they also craved.
2TI 3:16-17, All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.
a. The first cycle of discipline, LEV 26:14-17.
b. The second cycle of discipline, LEV 26:18-20.
c. The third cycle of discipline, LEV 26:21-22.
d. The fourth cycle of discipline, LEV 26:23-26.
e. The fifth cycle of discipline, LEV 26:27-38, amplified in DEU 28:49-67.
The cycles of discipline are based on the principle that Jesus Christ controls history directly, indirectly, and permissively.
He controls history directly through the function of his own divine essence.
He controls history indirectly through the function of the laws of divine establishment.
He controls history permissively through permitting nations to use their own volition to destroy themselves.
Some nations are being blessed because of Gen 12: 2-3, and some are not.
The Jewish race had not been created when this promise was given.
Once Abram's name was changed to Abraham, then the blessing of God upon those who blessed Abram changed to those who would bless the new race brought forth by the new name called Abraham.....and therefore the new racial species called the Jew.
Because all of these principles are true the same thing holds true for those who are of the seed of Abraham and those who are pro-Semitic, like we are here as a client nation in the USA.
All the seeds of the faith of Abraham such as all the client nation to God who exists because of the pivot, will be blessed by God.
You can see the importance of the pivot affecting the Client nation becoming positive toward the Jews and therefore under the divine Blessings of God.
For no nation is ever destroyed by an outside power before it is first destroyed from within by its own individual and collective bad decisions.
Prin-Because Jesus Christ is righteous and holy, he must judge the nations with cycles of discipline.
The first cycle of discipline, LEV 26:14‑17.
Obedience in Israel meant the execution of God's plan for their dispensation.
It meant perception of doctrine as it was revealed at that time, first through the Torah and then through the prophets.
a. The first part of the Mosaic Law is called The Decalogue, which is the freedom code made up of The Ten Commandments.
b. The Ordinances, the spiritual code = soteriology and Christology (articles of furniture; the procedure and policy of the Levitical priesthood, through the function of the Holy Days or The Levitical sacrifices.
c. Establishment code = explanations related to freedom, privacy, marriage, criminal law, taxation (tithing), military policy and freedom through military victory, diet, health, sanitation, quarantine, free enterprise, and profit motivation.
It outlaws violence, terrorism, civil disobedience, and revolution.
"sudden terror" is the function of terrorism as it existed in the ancient world. It is also a reference to violence, unrestrained criminality, and hostility from other nations.
Consumption refers to epidemics, and many epidemics have been the beginning of the end of great nations or empires.
"you shall sow your seed uselessly, for your enemies shall eat it up" refers to economic disaster and depression. The illustration used refers to an agricultural economy.
The Hebrew word for hate here means hate based on envy.
"you will flee when no one is pursuing you" is an idiom saying that the general population becomes cowardly, afraid of war.
