Hello kids! Today we are going to learn about being a part of the greatest body in this world.
It is called the body of Christ. Jesus Christ is the head and all believers are members or all parts of the body.
Your job of this body is to learn the thinking of Christ and obey the word of God!
You will learn to grow up together, serving, encouraging and praying for one another.
Jesus came down to earth as a human to die for your sins but He was also an example of how to get through your life.
You will see in the Bible how He served others, and how He obeyed the will of His Father.
There is also a spiritual gift that God has given to you at your salvation.
You may not know it yet but it will be something you love to do already. For example I love to write and share His word with children!!
Could it be why I am writing these pweetrees? The gift of helps is another gift. Do you like to help people you see that need it?
Example an older person can’t reach something on a shelf do you immediately want to help?
If you can’t reach it do you ask your parent to help? The gift of helps could be your gift. Your heart and mind will teach you.
It will just happen. Walk in the power of the Holy Spirit. Huh? It’s easy. He is with you all the time, ask for His help every day.
He is excited when you want to learn something new, so ask!! Every day have Them in your head.
Think God’s thoughts and your action will be His plan for you. Being a part of His family is important.
It gives you a special relationship with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Be there for your friends even if they are not part of the body.
Seeing you might make them wonder. Be prepared to tell them that it is Christ in you that helps you!!
Ephesians 2:10 For we are His workmanship, created
in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared
beforehand so that we would walk in them.
